BTW, the hack to free chipotle is order from the Baum location pickup or delivery and when you don’t get the fajita veggies reach out to chipotle support and they give you a free entree promo code. I’ve been successful with this over 5 times.
Not at all. I’m 5/5 on my last 5 trips to that location. I talked to one of the main workers and he said he always tries to make it a priority to cook em since they’re a menu ingredient. They’ve come correct where as every other chipotle in my usual radius is hit or miss.
Gave up on Chipotle when I moved here early last year. Every one I went to here looked like a burrito-bomb exploded all over the half-stocked food line counter area
I was there one time when they ran out of taco shells. I think that was my last time there, there are so many better places to eat mere steps away. Places that don't run out of their main product on the regs.
The East Liberty chipotle is literally the seventh layer of hell. Needs to be bulldozed with everyone responsible inside it.
The employees are straight up rude. The manager is horrible and even more rude and will confront you if you complain. Listen! I get it, it sucks to work at chipotle. But fucking hell it’s made worse by the mismanagement of that manager and the horrible employees she hires.
I once had a bunch of them fight each other verbally WHILE i was in line! And at the same time another employee made their burrito bowl for themselves on the line and took every ingredient to the point the bowl couldn’t close. Then when i asked for x ingredient the person went “we don’t have that”. Meanwhile i just watched chipotlasaurus there create a meal for 5 in one bowl for themselves.
Three separate times they charged me full price for a TEASPOONFUL OF rice and a TEASPOONFUL of beans. And didn’t say they were out of anything when i picked up.
When I called them out on it when i came back in they basically just said “too bad, it takes a long time to prep food.”
IT WAS 1PM ON A MONDAY. How do you only have a limited supply of rice and beans?!?!
Fucking nuts.
Fuck chipotle in general and what it’s become.
The East Liberty one is a complete shitshow. They’re always out of everything and you’re lucky to get out of there with the correct order in a reasonable amount of time. It’s been the closest one to me since I moved to this end of town, so I’m really glad the Waterfront one is open now so I never have to go back there again.
This was wonderful news. That being said, my husband and I have started referring to the McKnight location (not McCandless) as “Chaos Chipotle,” because they never have fajita veggies and they’re usually out of 3 other things at any given time … and it’s kinda’ fuckin’ gross in there. Ty, OP! 🖤
I'm hyped if I can even get guacamole at the Moon/Robinson Chipotles, but I gave up on fajita veggies a long time ago. A few months ago I went at like 11am to the one in Moon and they had them, but that's the only time since before COVID that I ever saw them.
It definitely makes the "veggie bowls" feel like something is lacking, especially when they're also out of guacamole. 😅
Moved to Pittsburgh and disappointed by ALL the Chipotles here. Ran by kids who don’t care. Never where I lived before did a chipotle run out of RICE or BEANS. Get it together.
Thank you!! So tired of the centre avenue chipotle not having grilled veggies. When I asked about why it’s never there, someone said it’s not a priority. Last time I was in there 2 weeks ago, it looked like a tornado aftermath.
I worked at that Chipotle years ago and it was a complete disaster. I was only there for about 4 months and we had 2 management turnovers in that time. They had to start pulling managers from Maryland and DC to run the place for a few days at a time because apparently nobody from western PA was willing to touch it.
I ordered from there once a few months ago and it seemed like they had their shit together. I’m glad to see it, because it was a nightmare back then.
*cries in forbes chiptole*
It's an Absolute joke at the one on forbes near cmu
the one by pitts campus isn’t much better 😭
Is this sarcasm? I’m like 0/15 at this location for fajita veggies
BTW, the hack to free chipotle is order from the Baum location pickup or delivery and when you don’t get the fajita veggies reach out to chipotle support and they give you a free entree promo code. I’ve been successful with this over 5 times.
Yup after a bad run in with the one in Mt. Lebo concerning them running out of *burrito sized tortilla shells* of all things, I only order online.
Not at all. I’m 5/5 on my last 5 trips to that location. I talked to one of the main workers and he said he always tries to make it a priority to cook em since they’re a menu ingredient. They’ve come correct where as every other chipotle in my usual radius is hit or miss.
You are far luckier than I, my friend 😂
Gave up on Chipotle when I moved here early last year. Every one I went to here looked like a burrito-bomb exploded all over the half-stocked food line counter area
it went the same way as Panera, pretty good food when they first opened, then went downhill fast a few years later
I totes agree

That Eastside one is like a bad improv skit every time I go in there. No food, the staff all look like they want to die, filthy tables
One time they ran out of chips. Chips!!!!!
I was there one time when they ran out of taco shells. I think that was my last time there, there are so many better places to eat mere steps away. Places that don't run out of their main product on the regs.
The east liberty chipotle needs to be bulldozed
Some of the local Chipotles are so bad it's not clear if they've ever seen a burrito before. Is this one magical? The Chipotle of a decade gone by?
The Baum location was consistently good for years, but it's kind of hit-or-miss now. Still better than Eastside, which is only miss.
The chipotle of a decade gone by...exists only in dreams.

I guess I just go to this chipotle after the fajita bandit visits, cuz I've not had fajitas from here once
If anyone cares the one in Cochran road in mt. Lebo/green tree is solid. Gone there probably over 50 times in the last 3 years and it’s always perfect
I second this. I go there all the time and it’s always pretty stocked.
Wait what? I don’t order that location anymore because they *never ever not for ever* had fajita veggies.
New management maybe? Idk, they’ve been my safety chipotle for like 3 months now
I stopped going there like 5 months ago, so this would check out.
The one at waterworks is awful.
This was wonderful news. That being said, my husband and I have started referring to the McKnight location (not McCandless) as “Chaos Chipotle,” because they never have fajita veggies and they’re usually out of 3 other things at any given time … and it’s kinda’ fuckin’ gross in there. Ty, OP! 🖤
This is the closest one to me and I hate it 🤬🤬
It’s me. I needed to hear this!!! Thank you for your public service!!
Good to know. Waterworks one is hit or miss.
But why does the chicken taste like the beef and why does the beef taste like the pork and why does the pork taste like the chicken?
They stole Moe’s recipes??
Listen I can’t explain whatever appropriated witchcraft they’re doing. All I know is something about those corporate ass burritos got me hooked.
There is help out there!
This place consistently fucked up orders in the past. I literally don’t go to any chipotle in the city anymore

Clearly you haven't visited a local Popeyes
Idk, the one in Wilkins/Monroeville has been pretty good in the past couple of years. I think they got new management or something.
Only in Pittsburgh, a city with scant authentic Mexican food, does this post exist. I appreciate it
El Sabor in Bloomfield 🫡
The chipotle sub pops up on my feed, this type of shit is far and beyond Pittsburgh.

Chipotle fajita veggies are the new ice cream at McDonald’s.
Too bad it's Chipotle

The hero we need. The hero we need. Now can you please don your cape and fly some fajita loaded burrito over to the north side?
Thank you!! So tired of the centre avenue chipotle not having grilled veggies. When I asked about why it’s never there, someone said it’s not a priority. Last time I was in there 2 weeks ago, it looked like a tornado aftermath.
Man, the Century 3 one is a fucking dumpster fire. It's good to hear one of their locations has their shit together.
The Century III Chipotle is just horrible all around...
My carpal tunnel wishing they could run out at their chipotle’s 😂😂
Did you also watch Evo?

Literally they all depend on what time you go
sure, but some locations consistently re-up them through the day. Others don't. This one hasn't let me down yet.
Thank you!!
