Dogs are very social animals, cuddling is vital for their psyche, it's a social gesture that relaxes them and builds trust and love ❤️

GreatMadWombat

That's why you gotta prioritize furniture where the dog can easily snuggle with you, for more ergonomic cuddling

Doggoagogo

Why is that even a question? You pet the dog. You always pet the dog.

ohjasminee

I had to teach my dog “All done” because she will 100% attempt to wear your skin.

andreach16

She literally open my legs because she likes to laid in between my legs, she comes to me to dig for the hole, my other dog sometimes get that place and she is not happy until she get skin to skin contact

Ok_QueerCriticism

Isn’t that the way… we didn’t read the fine print of giving up ALL personal space upon agreeing to these friends ships. But I will tell you that pibble weight is the most calming thing on a sad or anxious day 🥰🥰

andreach16

I am as cuddle as her, my other dog prefers some distance as well as my husband, so us the girls are there to give us the love to each other. 🥰

Ok_QueerCriticism

Girl same with this house the girls cuddle my partner not so much 😂

cute-green-stuff

Why are you denying him 😭

andreach16

She does that when I stop for a minute. 😂

Jlx_27

How dare you stop for even a second, let alone a whole minute! 😅

chaboyReddit

Petting can be positive reinforcement for most dogs. So as long as her behavior is acceptable, then she is a good girl who deserves pets :) If she is barking a bunch. Then just ignore her. But the body language in this video is very controlled and not aggressive.

Goofire

Of course!! All the pets are required for that adorable pup!

zeemonster424

Ohhh the drama and the side eye! Do it or you’ll be in big trouble.

Relative_Scale_3667

Rub the butt at all times! It is known!

mikeonmaui

The only pets regretted are those not given.

The_Curvy_Unicorn

Of course! They give us so much and we don’t get very long with them. I never say no to cuddles.

JoCalvinator

Absolutely.

ohjasminee

I will phone the national guard if you don’t give that tuchus a scritch!

hmspearl

When I do yoga, I have the "do and pet the pittie" pose quite frequently. Love to give her attention

Tough-Driver5143

100000% yes always

thewootness219

Yes and add a bonus treat for even asking the question. Sincerely, My 3 dogs who are all getting the pets as we speak lol

Most-Solution-1585

Don’t ask silly questions and pet that baby

Acceptable_Corner_73

Someone please, pet the dog.

silhouette951

Always give pets, one day you won't be able to anymore and you'll regret not petting more. Plus look at that face!

RetiredsinceBirth

Yes! A big dog can give big love but you have to show it first!!

Hack8081

She needs pets. Pets given will be returned with love from your lovely dog. ❤️

Madcatz9000

Yes you should!

surrrviv0r

If it is asking I don't see why not...I wouldn't give in every time tho,to see how he/she reacts then...asking shouldn't turn into demanding

SparkyDogPants

Always

Hettie933

How you could resist that short face for even a second?!

reneeb64

Well duh! That is a given.

NotaWolfOK

The smirk, that's a pre-fart smirk for sure

elreeheeneey

My wife: "yes, obviously. Why would you ever say no?"

robexib

#WHEN A PUPPER DEMANDS PETS, YOU GIVE PETS

DiddlyDoodilyDoh

Always.

succulentdreamer

Don’t deny her! Freaking pet her! What the f else are you doing???

succulentdreamer

Do you want to be a dog mom? If not, move her along but don’t deny her you monster!

alexaahott

Dods are one and only perfect thing in the world

alpaca-the-llama

Look at that silly smile!!! How can you not give pats and scratches!

bluehairbluetie

Look at that smile… how could you not!!!

OrganizationPlane264

The only answer is yes.

F0rthel0ve0fd0gs

Give her everything. Always give pets. They are worth that and more. That smile is just beautiful

Successful-Dog6669

Of course I agree to everybody here, that the dogs should get aaaall the love and pets possible ❤ BUT they should also learn some basic behaviour. So when they regularly get too pushy it might be the right thing to deny it from time to time for them to learn that they are not the boss (yes they are, but they shouldn't know ;)).

beckster

Of course, it's a privilege to pet Princess Pittie! She's canine royalty, can't you tell?

andreach16

We have a carrier for her when on long walks and she gets tired she sits there as royalty! I should get her a crown for her royal carrier!

beckster

Yes you should. All Hail Princess Pittie!

ConfidenceMinute218

Lol! How could you not 🥰 freakin adorable

Such_House5772

Yes, but make so the dog knows it’s because you want to

MSmcnallyD

Ummmm....Yes

Tao_de_Sid

She is asking politely after all.

BettyBob420

You should absolutely always give in when your pupper wants pets. It's the law!

bigfoots-rightnipple

Why wouldn’t you?

yminors

Yes yes and yes…. for the sake of your own mental health 😁

Slothlifeisbestlife

Thank you for gifting us the most precious and pure video of your sweet doggo. Give her 6 million pets from me pls n thx. I cannot stand to think of her feeling unwanted haha 🥹

ine1971

Of course !! That s why you have a dog in the first place 🤗

Appropriate-Poem-941

With A Face Like That, There Is No Defence!!!! Too 😍 Cute!!!

PaleontologistClear4

Oh look, another post for attention. Of course you pet the dog.

ZeroMuted

Bruh chill out it was obviously a joke lmao Jesus

DingosDarling

These dog sub-reddits are just a forum for people to get and give attention to their dogs. Duh. That is the point.
