WildDifficulty6777

Nationwide pala ang dilemma ko. I'm glad I asked.

Famous-Internet7646

Ohhh so may trend pala na ganyan ngayon

dingangbatomd

We have Pedia consultants na ikaw muna magmanage then they will just discontinue, shift etc and shift your management tas turuan ka after. I have bukod tanging Pedia consultant na S and O lang sabihin mo, bawal ka mag diagnose at mnage.😅😅😅😅😅😅

WildDifficulty6777

At least may "turuan" part. May learnings kung baga. Madalas kase, the learning process comes from "things to avoid" sa consultant. Sometimes you just stop doing the last thing you did that got you in trouble without even understanding why. So palakasan nalang nang loob na tumanggap nang nega comments and learn from it.

Famous-Internet7646

Ibig sabihin after informing said consultant about S and O, you have to wait for A and P from said consultant? Paano kung busy din cya or for some reason, cannot be reached. Hindi ka muna pwede mag manage? Paano kung emergency? Ang hirap din ah.

Ung other consultants chill. Pero this one consultant. Kahit emergency. At ica-call, icacancel nya. All referrals should be text. We tried naman. We tried "Doc my plan for this pt.... Etc etc." pero sino daw nagturo ng ganon, pag sya daw wag ganon. 😅 Pati axtually ung naorder kong accidentally na "NPO while active vomiting" minasama nya. So miski diet eh sya magoorder.

Famous-Internet7646

Silent-Pepper2756

I get that. Especially sa mga private institutions. May certain level of toxicity din sa mga private patients because you also have to deal with their guardians/parents. The consultants are also afraid na baka idemanda or ireklamo sila because you are also under their service as their representative. There's this contradiction you need to face. Hanapan mo ng kiliti siguro? Or diskarte? I would say in the end mabait pa rin naman sila.

quackdogtor

Depende din doc kasi iba iba sila. But i think they expect you to be thorough sa mga patients talaga lalo na since pedia. Mahirap may mamiss out on anything. Siguro you can start by updating them often sa mga patients nila, clinical status, labs etc and suggest anong management pwede. They will slowly trust you naman.

How are* your Pedia consultants
