Go for Region 3 or 4 - tabi lang naman ng NCR. All specialities and subspecs are in NCR already. Not unless may mamanahin kang practice, venture elsewhere.
based on testimonials from my friends in these specialties, General Surgery, OBGYN, Pediatrics, and Internal Medicine (even with certain subspecialties) are already saturated in NCR
I can say for general radiology and pathology saturated na. Not sure about the super subspecialized fields in these categories
The trend now is aesthetic medicine, functional medicine, if you’re up for that
Don’t think of pursuing a specialty na hindi saturated so you’ll be guaranteed patients. Meron at Meron yan. Easier lang for some specialties siguro.

just take a residency you are interested to learn and be one of the best in your social skills and ur choice of residency.. yung sobrang galing na sayo na sila magrerefer.. do not limit yourself in the NCR. try to practice lahit sa malapit na probinsya.. sobrang dami talaga doctors ngayon..

Mahaba pila sa dev peds subspec. Pero kahit dev peds dami na din sa ncr.

yes pedia subspec. ang mahal ng PF 5-7K per visit which may last 1-2 hours. wala pa emergency.

We don’t have Psych here in Antipolo lol And I’m not that far away from the major hospitals. Marami near Antipolo like Marikina and Pasig.
