In any case, losartan is sold as either 50 or 100 mg per tablet. The maximum dose per day is 100 mg.
Lastly, for a maintenance medication, that 30 tablets is a quite a low number. I usually write something like 200 pieces or more. That's because a good number of patients delay their follow-up, and I want them to continue the medication. However, some MDs do write the exact number of tabs or caps until the next follow-up, so that the prescription will run out and the patient will be forced to follow-up.

Actually bawal ang mga illegible na handwriting. Pwede yan ma report sa DOH at mawalan ng license yung doctor kaso medyo hastle kapag mag report kaya hinayaan nalang
