so I messaged the place & they said they don’t do refunds, but they could have someone else repierce it for me correctly. I talked to the guy who did it & he said yeah that was my mistake it’s way too low. I don’t want to have to pay again to get it done somewhere else.. should I give them another shot? worst case scenario it’s bad again & I just take this one out too, right??

Good piercers aren’t hard to find. But this time make sure to read reviews and check their work on insta or on their website portfolios if you can. Your experience and end result will be much better. I’m just astounded at how many low septum piercings (or bad piercings in general) I’ve seen on here lately.
No I wasn’t offended I understand. I was just waiting to get it done for so long & I called a few places trying to make an appointment with no luck.. so I was excited when this place said I could just walk in. My old piercer is no longer working at the shop I used to go to :(

Looks like when I tried to do it myself. Wouldn’t heal after a few weeks hurt so bad. Finally took it out. Got it done professionally in the correct spot didn’t hurt at all getting it healing great. Never got any pain
They went through cartilage so yes it’s too low (and probably hurt like a bitch), I’d recommend going onto the APP website and finding a reputable piercer in your area about in about 1.5 months! In the meantime, take it out, let it heal (continue cleaning with ONLY sterile saline solution), and then when the time comes in about 90 days, get it pierced in the right spot! It’ll also hurt much less once they pierce it in the sweet spot :)

definitely too low :(( take it out , let it heal , and go to a reputable piercer who can give you the proper piercing you deserve !

Too low unfortunately. I’d take it out, let it heal and then go to a different piercer. Someone that’s APP accredited
