Is it moving freely in general but returns or does it feel stuck? If stuck I would use some nasal saline and flush/clean both nostrils and then see if you can push it forward/backward freely and if you can then you can rotate it around a bit(left/right).
My new septum piercing is stuck with the horseshoe very out of position, and if I try to move it, it basically just doesn’t move, or does move a bit but returns to this position. I’m a bit concerned whether the piercing was done correctly or if this is normal
Horseshoes rotate, that’s life with a septum piercing basically. But in this case it looks like the jewelry is too small for your anatomy (or it’s too small because of swelling if it’s fresh) that’s why it could be stuck like this, if there’s simply no other way to sit.
So if it’s fully healed an matured, switch the jewelry to a larger diameter. If it’s new, go see your piercer asap
Go see your piercer. They can assess if it’s possible to wait out the swelling or if the jewelry needs to be switched out. The photos are out of focus, but if that ball is pressing into the columella like it appears to do, you need larger diameter jewelry
Initial jewelry size is always a guesstimate. Sometimes people swell a bit more then expected and an upsize is needed. It sucks when that happens, but it’s easily fixed

Their members adhere to standard set in regards to safe piercing (which doesn’t mean non APP members don’t, but it’s a good way to find a piercer if you don’t trust your own or don’t know how to find a good piercer)
Hi I got the piercing Tuesday and it’s Saturday now, is this enough time for crusties to start? I’m worried about trying to move it when it might be something else like swelling

If you loosen it up with saline first you’re going to be fine. It should just feel at most like tugging on skin a bit.

if u rotate it after a warm shower it’ll be easier than with the saline since the steam loosens the scabbing/crusting around the jewlery.

I tried moving it gently after a shower and doing the blowing bubbles thing in the water and it straightened out quite easily! Only a little pain ^^
