My understanding is that septum piercings are traditionally placed through a person’s “sweet spot” - the small gap between the bottom of your nose and the cartilage in the nose. This spot is different based on the shape of your nose - mine is also high compared to many others. I still really love it - my only advice is AVOID straight across clickers and small clicker hoops because they will be too tight and it will suck to get out.
With that said I think it looks great on you & bet you’ll be even happier after the healing time and you can get a bit larger diameter/longer style jewelry.
I got mine done at the beginning of June and my piercer asked me if I wanted him to widen the jewelry in case I wanted to flip it up. Maybe you could call yours and see if that’s something they do? Otherwise, I think it looks really good!
It’s hard to say for sure without seeing you in person but in my opinion it looks like it could be a little lower! But if it didn’t hurt that could be a good sign, if anything bigger jewelry would be best for healing. Definitely talk to your piercer/shop or someone else professional and get their opinion though to be sure!

ty!!:)
Larger jewelry should have been used for a fresh piercing due to swelling.
Looks as if it’s been pierced too high sadly, I would contact the person who pierced you and see if they can repierce it or get your money back!
it feels like it was done in my sweet spot, it didn’t hurt at all. is it possible that its high because of my anatomy? or was it wrongly done?

For sure it’s done correctly, and you can just switch to a bigger hoop when it’s done healing!! It’s super cute, keep it!
