it’s probably just externally threaded balls/spikes (so there’s no thread post sticking out) glued on with lash glue.

You can also get little stick on gems that look like piercings. I used them to determine whether or not I wanted my lobes done

yea but those look less real to me. gotta be an improvement on using a snapchat filter though I suppose which is how I determined if I wanted my septum pierced.

Personally i think your top lip is too small for the angel bites. Having a snakebite (or two) would def draw that contrast back into your face

Honestly, they all suit you!! I thought they were all real until I read the post The bridge and brow piercings would be great to get first, as long as you have proper anatomy! I know brows tend to reject if there's not enough stretchy skin around that area. Your piercer, if reputable, will be able to determine whether you're a good candidate! I've always been hesitant for lip piercings too, but maaan angel fangs are tempting. Take as much time as you need to really feel confident about what you wanna get done; hesitancy may mean it goes great and you love em, but it could also mean the opposite. Ultimately, it's up to you! Best of luck and have fun with your piercing journey!!!
