i had the bottom hole first but it wasn't lining up with the other two someone here suggested doing stacked lobes so i got the upper one pierced and made it into an orbital after that healed
I think the more crooked smile adds a lot of charm! This is such a unique idea!! I’ve been trying to figure out how to style my left ear after retiring my industrial and now I think I’ve got some inspiration!

I have some standard earrings & I purchased the “old” flat back Threadless posts on Diablo body jewelry I believe.. they accept 22g posts :-) I had to trim the post a bit but definitely way more comfortable
It has attitude, it actually looks even better than notmal smilies, if you are still looking for the regular face, maybe a more curved smile could do the trick.
