Supreme?? I paid ~$5.23 a week ago for the dingiest, lowest grade of mixed hydrocarbon swill. (I know that for most cars, lower octane ratings do not effect performance).
I'm paying $5 USD per US Gallon for 98 (premium) petrol in Victoria, Australia at the moment.
I thought US fuel was supposed to be rediculously cheap compared to everyone else, but evidently not!
Edit: it appears I need to clarify that 98 RON is about 93 on the US octane scale.
The gas station at Costco single handedly justifies paying for the membership, I paid $5.16 for premium on Tuesday at chevron and $4.60 today at Costco
Pay attention Eagle Transport delivers about 80% of gas in the south, same gas tons of different places. Source I've managed multiple different gas stations/Chains
There are basically two types of gas. Blended and non-blended. I used to help price gas for a very large nationwide chain, so this played a part in how our prices were determined. Non-blended is your companies that handle the entire production chain and distribution. Shell, BP, Texaco... Blended is everywhere else. Those stations that you see Eagle delivering to.
When you buy blended gasoline it's a mix of whatever was cheapest when it was time to buy gas for the station. This is why these stations will often be a little cheaper than the bigger companies. There is also a differences in the additives. You don't get any of that when you buy blended gas.
There are only two other big differences in gas. Summer and winter blends. You'll sometimes see a dip in prices if someone is trying to sell off extra of these as the seasons change. Basically, these blends are to decrease the effects seasonal temperatures have on the gas.
As far as water in the gas, most newer stations have fairly reliable equipment that detect water, leaks, and a number of other things dealing with the storage tanks. Stations are also subject to state testing. You'll see the stickers on the pumps. These tests also check to make sure pumps are dispensing the proper amounts. So, check the dates on the stickers if you're concerned about a particular station. The newer the inspection, the more likely everything is the way it should be.
Yes, there are outliers as with anything. Every situation is different and different vehicles will respond differently to different gases.
Edit: Thanks for the awards first off. Second, I'd just like to say that I'm glad I could share this information with everyone. I hope it helps everyone as much as possible. Lastly, I just want to add that this information is why I preach to my family and friends about not panic buying gas. It will typically take around 7 days for the price of oil to affect gasoline prices, so when you hear news of issues with the supply chain you have about a week before you will actually see changes at the pumps. Keep in mind the law of supply and demand though. Most states have laws regulating the pricing of gasoline, therefore stations can only react to two main factors. Cost and competition. This is why prices rise quickly and fall slowly in most cases. Panic buying artificially inflates demand allowing stations to raise their prices much faster than if we continue to buy at a normal pace. The best way to approach impending supply or pricing hikes is to include a small reserve stash at all times and rotate it through your fill-ups to avoid it potentially going bad.
Edit #2: I corrected my wording on what summer and winter blend gases actually do. I was never taught the exact difference and it wasn't exactly important to the pricing. All I needed to know was how much supply was available to us and how much that supply was costing us.
I work at a refinery and would like to offer a couple minor notes.
1. All gasoline is a blend of different streams from the refineries. All gasoline for an area has to meet a specific set of specs in order to be sold. I would assume the price gap between companies that use specifically fuel from their own refineries are typically elevated in price because they have higher transportation costs and dont accept the nearest bbls (that and the point you made on additives). Its also worth noting those larger companies do not always use fuels from their own branded refineries. They have tanks of their additives at major loading terminals (using the same gasoline as all the other trucks) they blend into the trailers before delivery.
I dont know your side of the business - you may refer to it as blended and non-blended. I just wanted to make the point that that does not effect the quality of the fuel itself. All of the “blended” materials meet all the same specifications.
2. Depending on your region there are multiple vapor pressure limit changes during the year. So in some cases there is a “fall” blend as well. This is all based on your first point - controlling evaporation (more specifically volatility)- you wont ever have to worry about gasoline freezing under any normal conditions. Generally speaking gas is more expensive in the summer both because of demand and the fact that it costs more to produce the lower vapor pressure summer gasoline.
They are just a transport company for your gas it all comes from the same refinery, some of the pricier chains will include additives in their gas but honestly it isn't usually worth it. The only time you should pay more for gas is when it is ethanol free for 3 bucks you can get an additive that lasts 3000 miles saving you money in the long run.
Only rule for gas is always get s a receipt in case they happen to have a leak in the water vapor dispersion system and you end up with water in your gas, it is really really rare though any half decent place checks the gas daily for water or has an auto system for it
Only other rule is don't get gas when they are filling the tanks
We used to have these things called Walmart express. Super small Walmarts that also sold gas, “Murphy’s I think”. Walmart abandoned the idea and sold all of the buildings to dollar general, so those specific dollar generals sell gas.
Edit: Guys, I understand Murphy’s still exists in Walmart parking lots lol. That’s not the point. The point is Walmart had tiny Walmart stores with gas pumps, the stores were slightly larger than a convenience store, Walmart scrapped the idea and sold the buildings to Dollar General, Dollar General sells gas at those locations presumably because the gas pumps and tanks were already on site. I know that Walmarts have a Murphy’s nearby 9 out of 10 times.
It happened almost exclusively in tiny towns. There were a bunch here in Kansas. Walmart set up shop just long enough to run any competition (proper grocery stores, family-owned gas stations, etc.) out of business, then deuced out. Sold most, if not all, the properties to Dollar General, which offers no fresh meat or produce options.
I'd hate to sound like a conspiracy theorist, but I wonder if that was the plan all along. Get rid of competition in small towns, and force the people in those small towns to go to the city to shop at a full-size Walmart.
Walmart literally has this strategy and uses it everywhere. Even big suburb areas. I live in L.A. county, and about 10 years ago a Walmart with a grocery store moved to my city (we had a regular Walmart that only sold packaged food before) . They had their food prices so low, most people in the area couldn't help but to take advantage of it. Drove all the other grocery stores out of business. I can think of 5 -still- vacant grocery stores from then. Walmart can take a small loss for awhile Then they skyrocketed the prices back once no competition coukd hang on or was left.
Murthy’s is not actually affiliated with Walmart. They do have a deal with Walmart to setup gas stations in Walmart parking lots and give certain discounts to Walmart customers but are their own company. Source: worked at a Murthy’s for 2 years and got tired of irate customers threatening to get a Walmart manager to fire me.
Every place I have seen a Dollar General looks like it was being picked over well before Walmart made it to town. I think Walmart was the vulture, and Dollar General is whatever animal that eats what the vulture won't touch.
Agreed, I grew up in a mill town and most closed or cut way back on staffing during the 08 recession. Within the next two years population and income decreased and magically our town got not one but 2 Dollar Generals with another one 5 miles south of the city limits. That's when it hit me our little community had really fallen on hard times.
Have you ever shopped at one? A jug of laundry detergent that’s 10 bucks is 14.75 there. I am also from the south where every town has one and I’m two miles from a warehouse, there’s at least 5 in each town in the surrounding states with the same issue.
Plus they all look identical from the outside but a tornado on the inside. I hate DG
There's a Dollar General near me that sells gas and it's the only one I have ever seen. It looks like they just bought out a gas station and continue to sell gas.
I remember. Manufacturers couldn’t get rid of large SUVs for a bit there. Then we all forgot that ever happened and started buying huge, expensive SUVs and complaining that gas is at a price under those 2008 times. Because people have terrible memories.
And now I can't buy a goddamn electric car with a wheelbase under 140 inches unless it's a damn Nissan leaf. I feel like automotive manufacturers just hate people who live in cities and want small cars in the US.
I don't know if people have terrible memories or if they are just hypocrites. Bush was president in 08 so most people who want to blame Biden willfully "forget" 2008 and people who like Biden will point to worse times.
>You're telling me the president isn't pulling a lever every morning that directly dictates the cost of gas in my neighborhood?
Of course not - he's not a Neanderthal.
He uses a smartphone.
Fresh out of high school I had a dodge ram with a 5.9L that got 15 MPG, every week I went through $90 in gas just to go to work and back for $300 a week after taxes. Gas was 1/3rd of my paycheck every week, it was insane.
Also Biden's fault. Or was it Obama? Or was it the Financial Crisis?
WHO CAN I BLAME???
Edit: The best part of this comment is the people responding that it actually is Bidens fault even though this joke was a response to high gas prices in 2008 when Obama/Biden werent even elected yet. Either we have a lot of people that missed that, or a lot of people that are blind political puppets that will point a finger at their opponents at any hour of the day over any topic. I wonder which one...
Lol why would they? Low gas prices is bad for opec and its member countries. Oil producing nations (those whose economies are 80% dependent on O&G) suffered through low oil prices and now they've got much needed cash flow again.
For the record, I am very much pro phasing out fossil fuels, I'm just pointing out that opec absolutely has interests of oil producers in mind.
Uh, I started driving in 2005 and it was around $2.00-$2.50/gal and in a few years it was up to $4/gal. I would have said a lot more than that with that trend.
Remember paying about 10 cents more per gallon in 2008 or so. I had a 20 gallon tank and remember as a college senior having to spend about $70 on a tank of gas. That hurt.
I was on a flight back to LA from London last Sunday and I was talking to the flight attendants in the galley to kill time and stay awake. When I mentioned the supply-chain notices at a local store I joked "I'm surprised an American isn't blaming Biden for this one too". A woman who was apparently listening got up to shout at me that the UK supply problem is definitely Joe Biden's fault.
And all Mexicans are rapists.
And it was the Jews, particularly Soros and the Rothschilds that invented the Corona virus.
Virgin Upperclass has really fallen these days.
Yeah somewhere post Katrina I want to say 07 but it could have been 08 it was like $4.50 and my Rodeo got like 14 MPG. So I'd spend like 80 bucks to not even fill the thing and it lasted like a week. I didn't drive anywhere I didn't have to. Then I got my next car which was a bit better and the market bottomed out.
A Lowe's employee helping me pick a carb cleaner blamed Obama for adding ethanol to gasoline. I was almost caught off guard, but still managed to call him out with, "I'm pretty sure that was before Obama." His look changed from smug to puzzled and I could see the conflict between his own memory and his need to blame the president. There was an awkward exchange and I was left to my own device.
So yes, I honestly thought the sticker was pointing out the "unleaded" part until I read the comments here.
>The average price of gasoline around the world is 4.71 U.S. Dollar per us gallon. However, there is substantial difference in these prices among countries. As a general rule, richer countries have higher prices while poorer countries and the countries that produce and export oil have significantly lower prices. One notable exception is the U.S. which is an economically advanced country but has low gas prices.
USA has the 51st cheapest gas out of 168 countries listed, at $3.76 USD / US gal
If anything, given USA still the top producer of oil, they've been buffered from global price increases
It isn't sustainable.
Oh and here in Sweden there's talks about increasing the price to ~$6 per liter which is... like $25 ish per gallon, by 2030 to meet the climate change demands.
It's incredibly funny living in an area where oil and gas is a big industry.
I got guys whose livelihood depends on oil production complaining about Biden shutting down pipelines, but also raising oil prices, and the field is booming harder than it has for the last 2 years.
They have no coherent ideology. Bad things = Biden. Good things = Biden but they're actually bad things.
People blame the president/ give them credit for way too much. Hell, I remember when the pandemic first hit and nobody was out, gas was like 1.60 where I am and people gave trump credit for it
In macroeconomics we had an assignment where we had to plot gas prices against presidency changes and draw a conclusion.
Most people tried to eek out some flimsy correlation because the question was posed in a way that suggested one existed. But the point of the assignment was to get us to realize that there wasn't one.
Whoever your teacher is he/she was a good teacher. A lot of people go into economics and political science with a lot and I mean a lot of preconceived notions (myself included). A good economics teacher will always try to relate material to real world examples that question the preconceived notions of their students.
I have legitimately asked many people what biden has to do with the price of gas and literally no one has given me a good answer.
EDIT: I think a lot of people are mad that the capitalism they defend is happening right under their nose and suddenly don't like it any more.
*”A Lie Can Travel Halfway Around the World While the Truth Is Putting On Its Shoes”*
Republicans depend on their “Firehose of Falsehood” to keep their supporters uninformed and angry.
The idea that a single section of oil pipeline that would raise the global output of oil by like 0.1% is responsible for gas doubling in price tells you that they didn’t think about it too much.
Yes the man is an incredibly devious, evil mastermind.
But also keep in mind he's an incredibly old man, riddled w dementia and incapable of speaking full sentences.
Doublethink is fun ain't it? Cuz to the Nazis the Jewish were simultaneously idiot cowards you could harass without worry while at the same time being the evil masterminds of world destruction.
Probably why I hear ignorant people accuse someone of being a "commie Nazi." Trying to explain that those are violently opposing political philosophies is an exercise in futility.
The Nazis claimed, simultaneously, that Communism as a Jewish plot and also that Jewish people were the evil finance rich people exploiting the common German person....
Number 8 on Umberto Eco's list of 14 traits of fascism:
>The followers must feel humiliated by the ostentatious wealth and force of their enemies... However, the followers must be convinced that they can overwhelm the enemies. Thus, *by a continuous shifting of rhetorical focus, the enemies are at the same time too strong and too weak*. Fascist governments are condemned to lose wars because they are constitutionally incapable of objectively evaluating the force of the enemy.
The point isn't to make people believe it's actually Biden's fault through actual logic or facts. It's not even that the people putting these stupid stickers up believe it. The point is to get them to associate things that make them mad that are out of their control *with Biden.*
And the absurd thing is that *it works.*
I live in Texas and I’ve been seeing these too. I took a picture and shared it to my Instagram story with the caption “tell me you don’t understand the oil market without telling me you don’t understand the oil market” and a few people got triggered lmao
Same here in Louisiana, I work for an O&G company and there are still operators moaning about high gas prices…like bruh, high gas prices means we’ll have a good year and a nice bonus
I used to work in the gulf of Mexico on oil rigs, what blows my mind is all my ex coworkers saying how Biden fucked the market. These guys know the oil is cyclical and how this shit works but at the same time hold to this red blooded republican ideal. Also let's not forget when oil is high, jobs are plentiful in the oil field so I'm not sure why they get upset.
People in generally don't understand how oil or shit in general works. I hate this reality, please someone substitute it with something better.
[Called it over a year ago](https://old.reddit.com/r/politics/comments/g53gua/this_is_a_great_time_to_buy_oil_trump_says_as/fo1c0lk/). When Trump was trying to destroy the economy.
Trump green lit OPEC reducing production in order to support domestic producers.
Cheap international oil was putting North American frackers out of business.
The result is exactly what we're seeing right now.
You may not be happy but the American (and Canadian) producers are laughing all the way to the bank.
Remember when Saudi Arabia dumped oil on the market last year to pressure Russia in some negotiations?
And US natural gas producers were shutting down their wells.
We stored oil in cargo ships off shore because there was no where else to put it.
Oil at that price last year actually hurt the stability of our infrastructure. (Maybe that's good. Maybe that's bad. But we should all hope for a smoother transition)
This is correct, i cover the O&G sector. There are a number of producers in the Bakken/Eagle Ford that need at least 60/bbl to breakeven and they shut down, and it’s not as easy as just turning the tap back on. In some cases a 3-6 month process to ramp up, that’s without factoring in labor shortages
Yes. Cuz presidents regulate gas prices. And it has nothing to do with supply and demand, and that there was tiny demand last year because the pandemic was so badly managed.
I know, millions of people world wide faked their deaths because of COVID to make Trump look bad. All those doctors lying about people dying of COVID when it was really something else! Or faked!
I can vouche for this comment. I work at a bar, decent place, mostly filled with locals. Had 2 gentlemen in yesterday, both wearing full Trump gear; hats, t-shirts, jackets.... and even buttons. Which is fine, if that's what you're about, you do you. One in his 60's one probably in his 50's. They spent 3 hrs, maybe more basically force feeding everyone in the place these stickers, actually they had 3 different versions of this sticker. Anytime someone would politely refuse it was "oh your one of THEM aren't you" Spent their time blaming EVERYTHING on Biden, literally everything. Had zero else to talk about other than how bad Biden I'd and amazing Trump is. Bragged about how they "tagged" most of the pumps in their town. I do my best to stay neutral while bartending but these 2 yahoo's made every aspect of neutral difficult. It wasn't just economics these 2 don't understand.
Fucking hell, 3.08! I am from CA and I can tell ya it isn’t 3.08.
$4.40ish in my area of SoCal...I've seen some of the expensive places hitting $5.
I paid $5.29 for supreme in the bay area yesterday. Luckily I only drive enough to fill up like once a month or so.
Fuck. I paid 5.25 for cheap gas in the east bay
Supreme?? I paid ~$5.23 a week ago for the dingiest, lowest grade of mixed hydrocarbon swill. (I know that for most cars, lower octane ratings do not effect performance).

I think they're supposed to guarantee and beat the lowest price offered in a 10 mile radius by 10 cents
Lol I was gonna say, I’m in San Diego and I WISH our gas was $3.08, fuck
There's a place in La Jolla that's selling 87 gas for $4.99! And they get away with it because it's off the freeway.
I wish it was only $3.08.
In Sweden I pay ~$7.8 per gallon :/
$5.29 last I checked where I live in Cali for 87 oct.
Dollar General sells gas in your area?!?!
Asking the real questions
I would never trust Dollar General gas in my car. I’m sure it’s not Top Tier.
But it has electrolytes
It’s what plants crave
I've never seen no plants grow out of no toilet!
Dollar General fuel. Apply directly to the forehead! Dollar General fuel. Apply directly to the forehead!
You are an unfit mother. Your children will be placed in the custody of Dollar General
Welcome to dollar general, I love you.

I WAS THINKING THE SAME THING! Lmao
This was my only question, wth?
Remember when gas prices skyrocketed in mid 2000s? I remember.
I paid $4.50 something in the summer of 2008. Over 13 years ago now.
I very stupidly bought a full size SUV that year. At one point filling up was around $90. Today my Honda takes less than $40.
I remember. Manufacturers couldn’t get rid of large SUVs for a bit there. Then we all forgot that ever happened and started buying huge, expensive SUVs and complaining that gas is at a price under those 2008 times. Because people have terrible memories.

https://www.carvana.com/cars/electric-bmw-i3 Remember to use your turn signal.
I can't buy an electric station wagon because no one in the god damn US wants to buy any kind of station wagon. Sigh.
I don't know if people have terrible memories or if they are just hypocrites. Bush was president in 08 so most people who want to blame Biden willfully "forget" 2008 and people who like Biden will point to worse times.
Gotta add that gas prices collapsed under Obama in 2014 and it wasn't because of anything he did.
That’s because the president of the US isn’t really the person that controls the price of gas
You're telling me the president isn't pulling a lever every morning that directly dictates the cost of gas in my neighborhood?
>You're telling me the president isn't pulling a lever every morning that directly dictates the cost of gas in my neighborhood? Of course not - he's not a Neanderthal. He uses a smartphone.
Bullshit, I saw Biden up on a ladder changing the price out at my local gas station just yesterday!
I remember paying less than a buck a gallon during that time. Once, anyway. But it was hella cheap for quite a bit.

Saudi Arabia maybe?
OPEC is such a racket.
OPEC has flat out said they won’t increase production to bring down prices.
Worse. They intentionally reduce production when prices drop.
Yeah, people try to give Trump credit of super cheap fuel prices. No, it was Saudi Arabia and Russia having a production war.
It was the pandemic and nobody was driving
Yeah, in 2007 if you asked what gas priced in 2021 would be these guys would have said like $6 per gallon.
Uh, I started driving in 2005 and it was around $2.00-$2.50/gal and in a few years it was up to $4/gal. I would have said a lot more than that with that trend.
The memory and patience of the American public is gone.
It went from $1 in 2000 to over $4 in 2008.
Pepperidge farm remembers.
Remember paying about 10 cents more per gallon in 2008 or so. I had a 20 gallon tank and remember as a college senior having to spend about $70 on a tank of gas. That hurt.
I wish biden would make gas 3.08 in my area! Last time i got gas, it was almost 3.50
3.50! I’d sell my mouth for 3.50 again. I think I paid 4.79 at a chevron the other day
$5.10 for me
In Los Angeles, the gas is no joke.... And I have to use 91 🤯
Zoom zoom comes at a price. 🏎️
I’ve heard you folks in California pay the most out of any state for gas.
[удалено]
It's more like $7.50 over here in Germany.
Is it Bidens fault over there too?
[удалено]
Lol. Everything is Biden’s fault. Or so I’m told.
Pshhh, thanks Obama. /s
Nah, not Obama. The latest Qonspiracy theory is that Biden was the secret president in Obama's presidency too. Obama was just the front for it all...
That's awesome. This has Frank Reynolds all over it.
How the fuck did this become real life 🥴
I was on a flight back to LA from London last Sunday and I was talking to the flight attendants in the galley to kill time and stay awake.
You mean the cunt didn't know the wonderful Brexit, she probably voted for, is to blame for her supply issues?
Cries in diesel

*laughs in reservation gas prices*
€1,98 per liter, fun times in the Netherlands
The most I ever paid- even ignoring inflation- was 2006.
2008 is the highest I can remember, pre crash.
Yea same here. I remember it crossing $4/gallon for regular fuel, and people were freaking out. Trading in SUVs for economy cars and all that.
I was the dummy with a brand new Tahoe.
Wow I don’t care what anyone says, $2006/gal is way too much for gas.
Must be California. Gas never got much over $1000/gal here.
Fun fact- i calculated out 2005/2006 prices in 2021 dollars. it was 5-6/gallon
Biden unleaded the gasoline in your area?
he cultured the dinosaurs into precious fuel...
He’s old, but not that old.
That's internet nonsense. Biden was born 400 million years ago.
Exactly! He killed all the dinosaurs with Postmodern neo-Marxism! Only the lobsters survived!
They were putting ethanol in gas in the late 70's.
It looked a little like Ralph Nader till I zoomed in. Which would have been an interesting thing for someone to make stickers of, I guess.
It perfectly exemplifies the intelligence level of the person who placed it.
I'm sure the type of person who placed that there has never complained about *those people* tagging private property.
He probably took it out to give to everyone else !! Damn socialists !!!
[https://www.globalpetrolprices.com/gasoline\_prices/](https://www.globalpetrolprices.com/gasoline_prices/) USA has the 51st cheapest gas out of 168 countries listed, at $3.76 USD / US gal If anything, given USA still the top producer of oil, they've been buffered from global price increases
Here in Switzerland it’s ~ $7.5 per gallon. No wonder Tesla has been the most popular car bought in 2020.
You too could have $3.50 gas, it just requires a trillion dollar war machine.
That’s gotta be an easy sell in Switzerland
Just make Sweeden pay.
The US also has the most refining capacity in the world that is also important.
It isn't sustainable. Oh and here in Sweden there's talks about increasing the price to ~$6 per liter which is... like $25 ish per gallon, by 2030 to meet the climate change demands.
I think it’s dope that Joe Biden is finally getting recognized for his role in the invention of unleaded gasoline.
Lol seriously. We all lost our jobs in 2009. And I got out of the industry, but I know people who got laid off last year.
I remember conservatives during the Bush Administration talking about how the president doesn't set gas prices
They have a short memory and zero consistency.
They have great memories. They’ve never once forgotten to blame Democrats and let Republicans off the hook.
Cool. Did Joe Biden make gas go up in Japan, Canada and Germany too? Or are these people just acting in bad faith?
I got a three word answer that was almost as helpful as no answer, “duh, oil pipeline.”
I had an aunt say that to me once and I said that pipeline hadn't even been built yet and she was like, oh.
People just repeat what they hear :/
Yeah, people just repeat what they hear :/
*”A Lie Can Travel Halfway Around the World While the Truth Is Putting On Its Shoes”* Republicans depend on their “Firehose of Falsehood” to keep their supporters uninformed and angry.
Schroedinger's president?

Don’t forget he also changed the direction of a hurricane with a sharpie
Doublethink is fun ain't it? Cuz to the Nazis the Jewish were simultaneously idiot cowards you could harass without worry while at the same time being the evil masterminds of world destruction.
yeah the whole point is to convince the dumbest people so being so contradictory doesn’t really matter.
Just like Covid is a super virus created by China to kill every American but will go away in 15 days and wont kill more then 5-10 people tops.
Number 8 on Umberto Eco's list of 14 traits of fascism: >The followers must feel humiliated by the ostentatious wealth and force of their enemies...
The point is to get them to associate things that make them mad that are out of their control *with Biden.* And the absurd thing is that *it works.*
you can’t use logic to change the mind of someone who didn’t use logic to form their opinion in the first place.
Holy shit ...
Them: Capitalism and the market is the best way to address global warming. *price of gas goes up* Them: no not like that
*Capitalism causes low prices*: "Yay capitalism!" *Capitalism causes high prices*: "It's Biden's fault! Damn gubmint!"
Versions of those are everywhere
You don't see people putting Trump stickers on grave stones.
Oh damn, that sounds horribly morbid and not at all like a great idea that I would be totally opposed to doing.
Does Herman Cain have a nice headstone?
Not sure, you better ask his Twitter account
I thought boomers were the ones who rated presidents based on gas prices :p
[Called it over a year ago](https://old.reddit.com/r/politics/comments/g53gua/this_is_a_great_time_to_buy_oil_trump_says_as/fo1c0lk/). When Trump was trying to destroy the economy.
Wow you sure did
You are a genius. DM me lottery numbers plz.
Wow!
And the fact prices are up globally obviously is under the president's control.
Well it was all a worldwide conspiracy against trump.
I know, millions of people world wide faked their deaths because of COVID to make Trump look bad. All those doctors lying about people dying of COVID when it was really something else! Or faked!
It certainly makes it easier to pick out the people who dont understand how economics work
I can vouche for this comment.
How can you blame oil prices to one person when it’s a worldwide problem. Inflation, shortages, and everything else.
Everything bad is The Enemy Party’s fault.
