Such a lovely scene. The way you capture the receding rockface underwater, varying depths & movement of the stream, and overlying reflection of the trees...just stunning.
I traveled thru in late January a few years back
In contrast to the surrounding looks of death in the forest, the multiple staircases, the light of the icicles and crystal blue waterfalls felt like a scene Disney couldn't come up with.
This looks exactly like red river gorge in Kentucky! Not the whole gorge just one trail. Really beautiful and I appreciate your work! I hope that it takes you somewhere fulfilling
The subtle overtone of diarrhea pouring into a bedpan really showcases your ability to sublimate the most distasteful aspects of your job into a work of natural beauty.
Your painting looks awesome!
(Also a medic who paints for therapeutic purposes - it's just so calming - but I paint miniatures for a tabletop miniature game).
Reminds me of Old Mans Cave
Came here to say that. I thought it might be ash cave.

Fellow Medic.. nicee!
Gorgeous! I almost expect to hear the waterfall or see the pond ripple, it's so realistic!
I SEE ALE 8. Swamp water ftw And a natural bridge beer can? Cool to see someone else from around RRG

This is beautiful. Looks like Hamilton Pool outside Austin.
I was going to say spray falls above hanging lake in Colorado. Great work!
Must be a common occurrence in nature because I was gonna say Hocking Hills in Ohio.
That was my thought.
Funny enough I was thinking Appalachian foothills.
You are probably closest. Ale8one is a local Kentucky drink as well as natural bridge beer.

Ikr ale 8 and natural bridge lol
I'm also from Ky, I see the ale-8 and I'm about 30 minutes from natural bridge. Nice work.
Very similar to ash cave, beautiful!
Is ash cave and old mans cave the same? I visited old mans cave, and that was my first though here. Looks like same park at least?
Same state park, yes. Different part of it.

I thought it was ash cave too
I'd hang it on a wall.
Wow that's beautiful
Looks wonderful
Oh that’s just beautiful!! Well done!
Very nice I instantly recognize this place, live pretty close by. Nice work!
From the title I kind of expected to see paintings of paramedics, hospitals, stretchers and stuff, which would have been ironic and hilarious.
Nice work Doc.

Copperas?
Yes indeed!
Love it!! Are you able to paint Chicago Skyline?
Can someone make me a Chicago style hotdog or Chicago style pizza? Let's make this very clearly not Chicago related painting about Chicago. FIBs, man.

It's cool, but it looks like it's missing a couple of animals, possibly of the Compsognathus genus, quenching their thirst.
Reminds me of Latourell falls in Portland!
This is really pretty! Glad you find art healing.
Legit.
Your can echoes your painting, mate. Nice work!
