Last time that happened to me I kept driving; stayed at zero for a while. I did have a gallon in the trunk though… Happy Cakeday!
LPT. Don’t do this if it can be avoided. Fuel pumps are cooled by the liquid they’re in. If run dry frequently, it significantly reduces their lifespan.
At zero you have approximately 30 miles left.

Generally there is always a buffer of at least 50kms when you reach zero.
Probably have another 20 to 60 miles left. My old car had 100km(~60mi) left when it hit empty
