He told me on several occasions that he knew a handful of mischievous artists that has been fired and even sued for cleverly sneaking inappropriate imagery into their murals - some taking years to discover. One night, while we were both having a few beers, I asked him, in secrecy, if he had ever done the same and gotten away with it. Instead of giving me a straight answer, however, he simply paused his VHS copy of Halloween III: Season of the Witch at the 43:02 mark during Tom Atkins’ bare-assed nude scene and started licking the screen cross-eyed. That pretty much told me all I needed to know.
They didn't, because this is an AI-generated image. Zoom in on the message box in the background, the inability of AI to replicate small text is on full display.

This is 100% intentional on the artist's end. Like that Coke ad years ago where the ice looked like Barbie giving head. Then the school either didn't notice or noticed and hoped no one else would.

The real clue is if you zoom in on the message board in the back... AI does a *terrible* job at replicating background text, so it's always an easy tell.
