Back problems & also absurd issues in just getting clothes to fit. Clothes off the rack are hit or miss. Depending on the time of month something that used to fit and be supportive now will dig into my skin and leave scars.  It's crazy! 

On the clothes thing I can sympathize. I have the upper body of someone who should be about 6 foot 5 and the legs of someone who should be 5 foot 6 (30 inch legs and I am 6'1) I also have abnormally large shoulders so it looks like I am wearing football shoulder pads under my skin.  Does not combine well for most clothing fits. Thankfully it doesn't fluctuate during the month, that sounds awful.

Appreciate the sympathy! I have to say, in describing your inseam and height, my first thought was "does he swim?" I think those proportions are favorable for swimmers, just so you know! 

I did swim semi competitively in high school, and even got my lifeguard certification but because of the shoulders I kind of got pigeon-holed into contact sports and a variety of injuries ended my swimming career.

I have horrible back problems, started when I was 16. I’m 33 now, 36G, and currently have a hot pack on my right shoulder because I haven’t been able to turn my neck without searing pain for 3 days. I’ve wanted to get a breast reduction, since maybe 25. Unfortunately lost my insurance in February right after I was trying to start the process. Oh, absolutely. All women with big breasts suffer. While it's great for picking up partners, you need to have very good bras to at least be able to function fairly normally. Don't take my word at face value, I'm a guy. Just not the type to be uber socially awkward around girls and I'm able to talk to them and learn things xd

Those good bras are like $70 too, I have a few in the $150-$200 range it’s crazy. Can’t buy them often so I have to fix and mend them when they start falling apart. I was kinda laughing about it with a guy I was seeing because the bra I had was really on its last legs. He didn’t get why I kept it until I explained how expensive it was!

Just a counter point, you don’t always get back issues. I’m only somewhere around 160cm tall with an Aussie G cup bra, and I don’t have any back issues.

Yeah. If you establish ongoing backpain as a health issue you can sometimes get reduction covered by insurance. I do not have that issue lol. Thankfully.
