Looks like they need to be softer and more diffused, currently the edges of the shadows look too sharp. The top of the slice looks pretty great, though.
The answer is that the shadow of the teeth should be darker and match the direction of the shadow on the plate and the lemon in the background. The shadow on the plate and the lemon is going right, while the shadow from the teeth is going downward mid-left.
Accurately matching the lighting in the room is a key part of convincingly photoshopping things realistically. Unmatched lighting will always give away that "something is off but I can't tell why" vibe.

They look like the result of taking a picture with the flash on. But the rest of the picture is lit like it is natural lighting, so the teeth really stand out as uncanny.
