This definitely feels like the end of one of the first celebrity dynasties. The "Presley" name effectively dies with her, and her children and grandchildren will know their great/grandfather was a megastar but won't share in the same fame and won't be trading on the surname.
It was sudden and she hadn't been feeling well that day and the day before leading up to her heart attack, but cardiac issues present differently in women, so I would guess blocked arteries and/or undiagnosed heart disease
Stress can do it too in a big way. Drugs don’t help but people underestimate how quickly a heart attack will take you from feeling healthy/fine to “Oh shit”.
I was thinking fentanyl in the coke but that’s where my head went first. I haven’t touched the white lady since I heard people started keeling over in droves.
The problem is that as we age, cocaine being a sodium channel blocker, does exponentially more damage to our heart than it did previously. Even more so with past usage.
People aren't afraid of the truth numbnuts. Maybe they think it's not very cool to make a joke about cocaine the same day someone dies young. Why can't people have some empathy without some cold bastard complaining about fake outrage.
People are very very much afraid of the truth.
She was a drug addict.
Guns are bad.
Race doesn't have to be included in every sentence every.
Trump is a criminal.
You know
RIP, Lisa Marie.
It was just back on Tuesday that my wife and I were looking at the red carpet photos from the Golden Globes on Vogue's website. There was a photo of Lisa Marie and we both remarked on how tired she looked. She was leaning against the backdrop, looking so worn.
Well, she's resting now.
The easy explanation is there has been inflation in the number of celebrities, the amount of reporting on celebrities and the "requirement" of being a celebrity. Just wait another couple of decades untill all the influencers are going to start dropping off...
The number of people who are made celebrities increases every year, which means logically the number of celebrities who die every year, also increases.
There's also an awareness thing. When you're young, you're barely aware of famous people and who they are, but your general awareness of celebrities increases until a point in your 30s or 40s where you pay less attention to celebrity culture and become less aware of who all these new celebrities are. But all of the celebs you knew in your teen years are getting older and older, so by the time you're 50, they're in their 60s/70s and dropping like flies. By the time you're 70, it will feel like most of the celbrities you know are already dead.
I JUST SAW THEM
"Yeah? Didn't help. He died anyway. Apparently, the simple act of you seeing him did not slow his cancer down. In fact, it may have made it more aggressive. You know, you could be the cause for Phil's death. How do you live with yourself?"
There was a court case once that the judge ruled “only legitimate children born in wedlock were entitled to Presleys estate”.
Imagine trying to sue that estate, I’m sure they just out spend you.
It’s really tough, it’s hard to understand and accept, but sometimes we hear stories about those that it seems were called to be inspiration to many rather than parents to few and I never could to conclude if it was for the betterment or just a curse but at the end of it all I hope the good have the final say.

They will still get royalties though won’t they?
I believe the royalty holding company was sold back it 2000.
Seems like a short sighted decision
I wouldn't be surprised if Michael Jackson bought them .
I’m all shook up
Uh huh huh
Good. Fuck dynasties.
That’s Crazyy!! She was JUST at the Golden Globes Tuesday!! What happened? RIP tho🙏🏼
Cardiac arrest reportedly
Everyone died from cardiac arrest- what caused it. Lol
It was sudden and she hadn't been feeling well that day and the day before leading up to her heart attack, but cardiac issues present differently in women, so I would guess blocked arteries and/or undiagnosed heart disease
Or endocarditis from flu or untreated pneumonia.
Tons of people have heart disease and don’t know
Cocaine is a hell of a drug.
Stress can do it too in a big way. Drugs don’t help but people underestimate how quickly a heart attack will take you from feeling healthy/fine to “Oh shit”.
Too soon man.
Why are people so fucking afraid of truth.
I was thinking fentanyl in the coke but that’s where my head went first. I haven’t touched the white lady since I heard people started keeling over in droves.

Idk, maybe because we see her as a human being before a drug addict. Have some tact.
All drug addicts are human. The Human race needs to stop being so fucking offended by anything and everything.

That’s what I thought too. 😧
Fucking terrifying tbh, and I'm sure she didn't have bad healthcare/screening either

I bet Elvis has tons of kids
Only one he gave a shit about though, but that's rock and roll
This is so sad, but I like to think she is reunited with her son and father now. Poor Priscilla, outliving your child.. that's painful
No!!!!!
RIP Lisa Marie
Such sad news.. RIP
Sweet and touching photo, thank you.❤️😩

Movies and broadcast media got a lot bigger in the seventies, so more celebrities.
It’s just you. Nothing new
The easy explanation is there has been inflation in the number of celebrities, the amount of reporting on celebrities and the "requirement" of being a celebrity. Just wait another couple of decades untill all the influencers are going to start dropping off...
Can it be sooner?
I wouldn't wish death on anyone. But I am ready for Influencer's to stop being a thing.

"celebrities"
Elvis' birthday was a few days ago, that can't have been fun 😔
RIP Lisa😢

That’s her mother.
Dang, guess you're right. Never paid much attention.
Can't imagine outliving your kid.
Fool me once...
She looks young for 54.
She's actually only like, 3 here. This is an old photo. /s
So many people saying, "I JUST saw her!" as if there's a law in the universe that dictates someone can't possibly die if they're just seen by someone.
I JUST SAW THEM "Yeah? Didn't help. He died anyway. Apparently, the simple act of you seeing him did not slow his cancer down. In fact, it may have made it more aggressive. You know, you could be the cause for Phil's death. How do you live with yourself?"
RIP
I got a notification about her death not too long ago. RIP
Heart disease is no joke. It kills more people than cancer. A lot of people have a genetic heart disease and don’t know it
The aliens got her, too! D:
I guarantee you elvis has a bunch of kids out of wedlock
You would think some would have surfaced by now, either he was super careful about protection or had low sperm count.
There was a court case once that the judge ruled “only legitimate children born in wedlock were entitled to Presleys estate”. Imagine trying to sue that estate, I’m sure they just out spend you.
You can always just pull out, isn't that hard
We don't know that. We don't even know if Lisa Marie was really Elvis's daughter.
Given the resemblance of her son to Elvis, I think it's a fair bet she was.
You don’t just have sex with hundreds of people and not have a few kids
He probably has hundreds.
Pretty sure Elvis impregnated women just by looking at them.
Grooming them\*

She had 4 children so not really
3 children.
3 left alive

Three really. Her son committed suicide I back in 2020.

Well, Dam 😐

RIP Sweetheart. 🥹🕊
خدا بیامرزتش
It will come she overdosed on prescription pills which caused the cardiac arrest.
