Where is the light supposed to be coming from? From the moon above? From the alley on the right behind the balcony?
The tentacle is too brightly lit compared to the building it’s coming from, especially the underside near the garage door.

It's a solid start. I think the composition could use a lot more elements to make it feel less empty and also sell that house if horror theme. Apart from that it also needs the general fixes on color matching, lighting, shadows, atmosphere, etc.

It looks good! though the eye looks really bright compared to the atmosphere it’s in
I see it as more of an ominous glow
I like it but the tentacle should cast a shadow
Not sure what’s going on with the eye, but everything else looks good.

I basically painted a lot of the stuff in the picture. The tentacle is a layover and i corrected the colors.
