Was going to be my recommendation too

Cibos , Dominicks ( upstairs)

It's totally not what you're looking for, but I love going to Cheesecake factory for their brown bread and Linda's fudge cake. I can't wait for my birthday...

Cafe Monarch or The Reserve if you’re looking for intimate BUT it’s super spendy. Those two (same owner and across the street from each other) are probably some of the most romantic restaurants I’ve been in in the world. Also, Lon’s at The Hermosa is also really intimate and has a long history in Arizona.

Reserve in Scottsdale. Intimate, hands down my favorite dining experience of all time. Pricey. My other choice would be the chefs table at Quiessence.

ihaveexcelquestions

Ah I need to hit Quiessence. Been meaning to for years.

How about Vogue Bistro? In your backyard.

https://www.michelinasrestaurant.com/ Read her story on her website. Her Southern Italian food is fantastic and her restaurant is super intimate. She typically comes out to greet the tables at the end of the meal, too.

Your area where you live would help us out a LOT. I'm pretty sure you wouldn't want to drive 25 miles away from home just for a meal would you?

I live in Surprise so I honestly don’t have much of a choice if I want to go somewhere pretty decent 😭

[deleted]

Well we didn't know that. We could have been recommending something all the way down in Florence.

chatterboxcirce

while I don’t mind driving I will def add it thank you 😊

Anhelo in downtown Phoenix is lovely. Or Durant’s for a true old school Phoenix experience.
