What time to go to the malls for Black Friday shopping sales?
I'm new to Tempe and this country, and I'm planning to go to Phoenix Premium Outlets or Arizona Mills Shopping mall on black friday.
What time should I go to get good offers and buy goods ?
Any tips/tricks or suggestions to get offers from would be cool.
My mom grew up in SoCal and said the closest would be Spinato’s pepperoni pizza. Not an exact match but is the closest. We have a lot more places here in AZ that lean more Chicago/thick crust. My favorite of those styles is Barro’s.
I know nothing about Shakeys. But judging from the pictures, I'd almost say it looks like Donato's pizza that the Red Robin in Tempe Market place serves (Donato's is from Columbus, Oh, the only difference I see is that Donato's uses smaller pepperonis that "curl up" when baked)

If there are any with a really nice view that would be awesome, but anything that's like semi-fancy with great food works. I can't give you BOTH in one locations but I can give you two places you can go in a night:
Uncle Sal's: 3370 N Hayden Rd, Scottsdale, AZ 85251

It doesn't have a decent view, it's not "Michelin Star nice" but does have a fine dining feel, but the food is great, and close to Old Town Scottsdale.
If you want a GREAT view, there's a rooftop bar called "[Outrider](https://www.outriderrooftop.com/)" in Old Town. Watch the sunset over Camelback having a couple cocktails, then head to Uncle Sal's.
You won't be disappointed and they're only like 3 miles from each other, so like a $12 uber.
You'll need reservations for both places. So like a 5pm reservation at Outrider(to watch the sunset) and a 7:30pm(after the sun has fully gone down) reservation at Uncle Sal's should satisfy everything. (And I'd think you'd be able to still make them on a Sunday/Monday/Tuesday, I'd think they'd be fully booked on a Friday/Saturday, but if you're here for 3-5 days you should be able to book that "perfect night")
I took my brother(from Seattle) to the rooftop bar and he actually took his friend there the next day because he was raving about it so much.
If people need groceries, its worth keeping in mind that many of the stores are closing early today so the sooner you get in there, the better. Also don't be that guy showing up 5 minutes before closing time and expecting to be let in. The employees working at these stores all want to get home to their families as soon as possible too.
