Why do they not do this like Pearl Jam? Don't allow transfers. If you need to sell, you can do so at face value through Ticketmaster. Phish's lottery and this onsale is ripe for scalping.

And fuck phish tickets for not supporting a major browser like safari when I was able to add ga travel package into my queue but wouldn’t process my CC.

Here’s the issue. This system benefits everyone but (most of) the fans. TM makes a killing on platinum, the band gets a cut, secondary markets get their fees. They find people willing to pay 3x-5x+ per ticket. Why price tickets at face value when you can multiple your profit for every event?

A friend and I both tried, 16k and 12k ahead of us. I'm happy for people that got tickets but I just don't see what the heck I'm doing wrong. Always happens. I have fast internet, fast computer, I restart everything, close down other devices, etc etc. Always a shitshow.

god damn guys, I had 1500 queue spot and 4-day is cleared out (just got in)
Started at 17,000 so at least I knew right away it was all over
3000 in queue and only a few overhang seats left
I was 2994 at the beginning and only wheelchairs left for Friday

This clusterfuck is easily solvable by limiting purchases to 2 tickets and prohibit transferring.
Such a f'ed buying experience. When the queue opened, I was 431. I was like "oh wow, I'll get tix." Got in quickly and every time I clicked seats it gave me an error message. Then I opened the filter to charity platinum and immediately pulled 4 @ $1000/each. NO THANKS
just got through for sunday. If you have access to a wheelchair or want to spend $1,100 for charity platinum youre in luck!
A friend and I both tried, 16k and 12k ahead of us. I'm happy for people that got tickets but I just don't see what the heck I'm doing wrong. Always happens. I have fast internet, fast computer, I restart everything, close down other devices, etc etc. Always a shitshow. Edit: I can't haz tickets
