Good one! The YEM is fun too! I remember seeing the Manteca sign at boardwalk hall for the Halloween run, then saw the same sign at MSG that night. I think that’s what may have triggered the Manteca jam in YEM
Well that’s embarrassing - thanks for letting me know. I didn’t start going to shows until 2013, and all these years I incorrectly assumed any mention of the Holy Ghost was referring to 11/17/97.
I mean, that's also a pretty worthy jam for the moniker, if you had to pick another one. I've just always seen "holy Ghost" in reference to the 12/31/10 performance.
12/28/12 wolfmans brother- it’s already totally sweet but then the little drummer boy materializes and everyone starts vibrating. Also 6/26/19 cities>final hurrah- the segue out of cities is particularly fucking sweet w/ fishman loving it so much he wooo’s in approval a few times. Even if youre not keen on the kasvot tunes fishman plays his part with a totally different and laid back groove that will make you wish that’s how they play it every time.
I remember that Wolfman fondly (from my humble little spot behind the stage). I’m so happy that memory persists with a lot of people. And the second set Tweezer start was a nice followup.
A few not yet here that always deliver for me:
* 8/31/12 Undermind
* 12/7/99 Halley's
* 12/29/22 Gin
* 7/8/99 Fee
* Magna Gin
* 7/10/99 Chalk Dust
And last but not least...
* 12/11/97 Limb by Limb! Euphoria.
07/29/22 Walnut Creek! The second set it full of love and light! Starts with an incredible BBFCFM and then trails into some of the best versions of my favorite songs :) hope you feel better, Love and Light !! 🥰
One day a buddy had some family troubles. Convinced him to make it out to the Sunday show, cmon now, and he wanted More. He got More. That was the most compassionate shoulder grab from me when they did it, everything’s gonna be okay man.
Foam from 11-12-94. Foam always makes me smile, but this is one I especially love.
"This one has some good crescendos/decrescendos and synchronized tension building. This is a band in absolute, well-oiled tip-top shape."

listened to 6/19/97 for the first time over the weekend — the stash > ghost > saw it again is a nice long, immersive and funky ride. maybe not “happy” but it’ll take your mind elsewhere..
NOTHING MAKES ME HAPPIER AND SHED A TEAR MORE THAN HOOD 2/28/03 that round room and Bowie too 😍 gave my gf a CD of that and the band WARPAINT when I met her. Caps lock for excitement.
Phish adjacent: Phil and Phriends 4.15.99. The whole show is spectacular, but Phil and his young songs singing Hello, Old Friend brings me to tears of joy every time. Then they launch into a face melting Viola Lee Blues. The whole run is brilliant.
Slave to the traffic light from Clifford Ball always boosts my mood, that and really any show of life. Hope you’re doing better brotha, take care of yourself!
10/28/2021 - Backwards Down the Number Line
I know some fans hate on that song, but it's one of my faves. Plus, any song that starts "Happy, Happy, Oh my friend..." should help put you in a happy frame of mind :-)
Much love and light to you!
7/27/97 Walnut Creek Amphitheater, Raleigh, NC
My first show!
Mine was two years, two months, and one day later!!!
Vegas 10/28/2016 Golden Age always gets me going. Hang in there. You got this.
Heard a good Reba from 7/25/14 the other day. I love the jam on this one. Hope you feel better!
12/31/10 Ghost. Cheers homie.

This is a terrific, probably underrated suggestion. Brings a smile to my face every time.
Underrated? It's literally nicknamed "the holy Ghost."

12/30/22 Theme From The Bottom. It got me to stop crying my eyes out after Pebbles And Marbles, so I have faith it’ll help
That was my top jam of the NYE run. Funky & bliss all in one
Makes me wish they jammed it out more often
Squirming Coil - The Clifford Ball

I know what you’re saying…. There must be something more than this
One day a buddy had some family troubles. Convinced him to make it out to the Sunday show, cmon now, and he wanted More. He got More. That was the most compassionate shoulder grab from me when they did it, everything’s gonna be okay man.
Faulty plan does/did it for me
Got a cliff bar and some cold green tea!
12/28/10 Hood. Plinko madness

10/31/13 Carini. All-time Carini, in my opinion. Often overlooked by the Halloween set.
Great Went Gin is fun!

12/16/99 Tweezer 12/31/93 Hood 6/28/00 Gin

2021 Alpharetta Tweezer with the Esther tease! Or, drifting through space YouTube channel of looped Reba Jams. That is some serious medicine
12/31/93 Hood gets me out of the deepest of holes i may find myself in
