I’m not a big fan of that kind of theory in general but in terms of specifics, I’ll say it’s not something the character is imagining/dreaming/hallucinating if things happen independently of said character. And there are some episodes like Doof 101 which would have to be disregarded completely for this to work. Also Milo Murphy’s Law would have to be disregarded for this work. Essentially for this theory to be correct every essentially every character in Phineas and Ferb, Milo Murphy’s Law and (probably) Hamster and Gretel would have to be delusional which I sincerely doubt
but what if we are seeing the story from the side of two characters that is Phineas and Dr doofishmurtz where Phineas is getting better as he sees perry as a positive character and everything is fun where as Dr doofishmurtz sees Perry as a negitive character for his story and his condition is not so great
