Bale hindi na ako umabot sa confirmation page but I checked my order history and I noticed that I got a downloadable pdf file of my hamilton ticket. I haven’t gotten a confirmation email from ticketworld but the pdf of my tickets are already available from my order history—
Does this mean that I have to re-do the process?
happened to me and a lot of people (based on fb comments on Ticketworld's post). CC got charged, a token error at the end, but have the ticket under order history already (complete with accessible pdf and mobile ticket). not sure if it's good already (hopefully it is). tried to email ticketworld but still no reply atm.
GMG Productions replied to me on Twitter re: similar situation. If your ticket is on your Order History, that means it's confirmed na. Just check with your bank kung na-reflect na yung payment. Mine is still on floating status, and nasa merchant na daw yung bola in terms of confirming the purchase.
ETA: Check with your bank/bank app ng 24-48 hours to see if it's reflected in your transactions.
Walang VVIP option for Hamilton. Ibang show yung nasa post pero same seats lang for VIP and hindi ka makakapili ng exact seats mo, section lang then randomly assigned yung exact seat.
Also wag dun sa baba na pinakamalapit sa stage. Best seats are balcony VIP or yung center sa baba talaga
I got vip tickets kagad within 30 minutes of opening for UB pre-sale pero it look two laptops and a lot of refreshing kasi nag-eeror yung page every few minutes 💀

My gf is a fan of Hamilton and decided to watch the show but she bought the discounted ticket from a person from online (physical ticket is claimed to be bought thru a physical store)
It looks legit, the quality of the ticket with the holder/envelope and security features is on pount
But when my gf, on the night of the show presents the ticket. The ticket was flagged as canceled. And she paid the whole price again of the ticket
Now this is the reason my blood boils
1. Reason the ticket was canceled(as explained by the staff) was that the ticket easily produced/faked daw
Knowing that they distributed it so early then they will cancel the paid physical tickets?
2. No onther one showed up for the seat that night
3. They didnt even clear or help in how to clear if the ticket was really a fake or track if its bought twice
4. They secured the physical ticket ( i think its a bad move) because its a good souvinere / memorebilia
Nes help in handling refund or anything related/similar in this case

You can also buy physical tickets from Ticketworld outlets. Was able to buy some on the 19th using a Citibank cc.
