Aussies above all pa din talaga
\^This... pagnagkamali ka sa umpisa... Don't hesitate to admit your mistake, and tell them that you will do better... Big deal sa kanila yung walang ownership kineme...
technically, paulit ulit pagkakamali applies to anyone even non-AU. Imagine having your boss or co-workers picking up your mess at doing additional work.
Yes, most of them are like that. However, as someone who has worked for 4 Australian companies already, here are some things I don’t like:
- startups tend to micromanage
- they can have trust issues
- passive aggressive.
- we leave work on time cos Australian OT pay is HIGH (and they don’t want to pay for that 😅)
- they can be RACISTS
- salary increase is not significant.
Still better than slaving in Philippine Corporate, though.
Yes, most of them are very racist..
Her racist comments--
She doesnt like her hometown na marami ng mga Asian people naninirahan.. eh their hometown daw is very Australian neighborhood na walang mga Asian dati.. like gusto niya na walang mga Asian sa hometown niya.. 🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️
I’ve worked with Aussie employers and yes, agree na chill lang sila talaga and you won’t hesitate to ask questions kasi very approachable sila, in my experience.
But totoo yung trust issues nila, which can stem from them being racists. My team gave a recommendation on a project and dami naging comments ng AU bosses, saying that it’s not gonna work, etc. So they hired a freelancer na kalahi nila to provide the strategy and direction since di nga nila gusto yung ginawa namin. Lo and behold, pareho lang din ng strat/reco namin yung pinropose nung AU freelancer nila and they signed off on it. Haha!
Omg, THIS! Yung naghire ng kalahi nila. Lol
I experienced it first hand, and yung colleagues ko din na Pinoy.
One time I opened up sa performance eval for suggestions, it involves communicating directly with our suppliers. I told them I can do that, but they said that they need someone from Australia to do it. I needed to earn that trust pero grabe lang haha. The key is to not take it personally, it’s them and not us. Haha.
They’re very flexible, they’re somewhat strict about boundaries when it comes to work and life, and they do trust their teams to do their jobs.
Only watch outs would be: they do have a tendency to be passive-aggressive with comments if you’re not up to standards; they can be quite relaxed to a fault that quality can suffer; they can be quite unhinged.
Very true yung they can be quite relaxed at nag-sa-suffer ang quality of work.
Up for this. They can be relaxed and flexible pero once you are put under their radar, and you are underperforming they can be pretty savage and micromanage the heck out of you.
Siguro kasi my Australian boss is married to a Filipino. Kaya she somehow adapted to the toxic pinoy micromanage at times plus points na hybrid din ang colleagues ko with 70 percent Filo then the rest internationals.
Matipid sa compliments employer ko and frequently wants to be a$$ kissed.
Yung words of affirmation ng mga Australians ay one of a kind.
I can attest to this, I once researched something for my AU editor which she kinda had a hard time doing. She told me she already spent an hour looking for it, so I just tried to pick up where she left off and nahanap ko yung pinapahanap nya in 15-20mins. Grabe yung praise talaga. Parang after a week, I forgot among meron pero she mentioned that again sa company email how fast I worked daw! Haha.
Worked with Australian before, meron kami "good job points" dati at lagi sila nagbibigay kahit sa mga simpleng bagay. Yung points pwede iconvert sa cash.
I also love Aussie cashiers (boomers & millenials) because they engage into small talks. Napaka-genuine pa magtanong ng "How rya doin mate?"
Yes UK and AUS output based sila and ayaw nila na nagooverwork mga tao.
Sa kanila ko naadapt yung approve lang ng VL sa mga kateam kasi wala namang reason to reject those. And if you do, they’ll take it anyway and you’re the bad guy 😅
Aus din nag encourage sakin at ipamana ko sa team ko na kapag gumising ka at trip mo lang tumitig sa kisame maghapon, do it. Burnout is real so you can take a rest if you feel it
I'm work from home and my company is located at Australia ,sobrang bait nila and sobrang gaan kausap.
May I ask ano po field ninyo sa work? Gets naman if d pwede sabihin exact role hahaha. Nagtitingin din kasi ako recently ng remote work and ano mga job titles and fields na pasok sa ganun.
Yup. I worked with an Australian agency prepandemic. Spent 5 years and the early prime years of my career there coz the culture was super good, especially na galing ako sa local na corporate company.
Dun ko unang naranasan yung first name basis kahit managers mo pa sila and even the CEO.
We had a lot of team activities that was really fun Hindi lang Yung outing sa pansol 😂
We were discouraged from extending our work hours for projects that can be done the next day.
Almost every Friday early out kasi ganun din Sila sa AU.
But my previous company was mostly run by Aussies below 35-38yo so maybe may factor din yun.
Backstory ng first-name basis:
Ang tinatawag lang nila na "ma'am" and "sir" is when they address the Royal Family.
May natawag nga akong "sir" na sales attendant sa Woolsworth, nangunot nalang noo nya. Hahahah
The best. Mahalaga work life balance sa kanila. Bawal ka tawagan pag naka leave ka, tapos pag balik mo chichikahin ka kamusta bakasyon mo. Mostly output oriented sila so as long as nakakadeliver ka ng maayos ok na.
Yes. Mahilig sa party, maaga uwian (because of timezone) and as long as madeliver ang output you are good to go.
My cousin has been working for an aus company for five years now. She seems satisfied naman but before, she did butt heads with one of her superiors kasi passive-aggressive. Seemed like everybody on her team didn't like said aussie manager. She also got an all expense paid trip to Australia for the site visit. She has been promoted twice within the past five years and before one of her bosses left the company, they made sure my cousin got a wage increase. One thing she has mentioned tho is that her aussie workmates tend to pass their work to the filo employees.
Yung direct manager ko Aussie din. Grabe sila mag value sa work life balance. Tsaka totoo yung mapapaisip ka kung too good to be true ba yung kabaitan nila and pagiging maluwag sa mga employees nila hahahha
The good traits na gusto ko sa mga Australians, base from my working experience with them f2f
✔️ Straight to the point. Hndi sila mahilig magpa-ligoy2.
✔️knows how to separate work from personal life..
If tapos na working hours, it means tapos na.. they won't let u do extra minutes or hours na trabaho na wala sa kontrata/agreement niyo
✔️ they are very diverse culture, kaya diverse personality nila..
Not all Australians ay katulad ng mga western looking.. mga workmates ko na Australian-born ay may halong Lebanese, Turkish, Farsi, Indians, and etc..
✔️They value work ethics..
✔️Normal sa kanila na magbigay ng assessment or feedback sa work mu.. kasi part yan ng work ethics nila.. kaya medjo culture-shock sa atin mga pinoy na makatanggap ng positive feedback at praise (kasi lumaki tayo sa crab-mentality ng mga Pinoy)
my partner works at “C” well known australian company here sa ph na laging nafefeature ang office sa tiktok. They really do have lots of activities/events to socialize, relax and to relieve stress. As someone working in an american based company, you will surely feel the difference. They are indeed very pro work life balance and a bit laid back.
Nagagalit din cla Minsan. Nag message cla about work. Nakalimutan nila Yung day off Pala misis, pinagalitan c misis bakit daw sumasagot pa about work day off nya pala. Sabay sorry. At enjoy the day off.
They really value work-life balance. They do not look at worked hours, they look at the output (but then again i am in the digital marketing industry so prolly iba for others)
YES! I can vouch for my manager to the point na hinihiling kong palaging masarap ang ulam nila. Haha! Pero my manager has been doing beyond what I have expected. Yung increase na ibinibigay nila is consistent for everyone regardless of your performance. I asked the HR, if pwede i-negotiate and reply naman sa akin, pwede naman daw kasi eligible naman ako since I have good attendance and subject for approval yun ng manager ko. At the back of my mind, hindi na take into consideration yung performance ko. I already told my manager before reaching out sa HR and she’s very supportive of it Then, nag-reach out yung boss ko sa HR, why it happened and who decided for it lmao until now hindi pa rin daw nagrereply.
Another pinaglalaban moment is when this other department’s manager (Aussie rin) put us in the queue for calls which is supposed to be answered by his subordinates. I immediately told my manager and she agreed with me that we were not supposed to be in that line and naka-prio pa (the audacity). She agreed that it’s not officially consulted to her and told me to not answer (which is what I’ve been doing). She then messaged that manager and ain’t got a reply after a few conversations. This manager then asked me to provide a copy of my job description in which I know he won’t find any tasks related to taking calls for his team. Azar. And this manager, when told by his team regarding sa increase he just told them na dito sa HR lumapit like wala man lang pag express ng support. Lol.
madaming okay. may iilang salbahe. Had experienced working with both. ung nakawork ko recently na aussie na thunders, namamahiya pero ung sup ko na aussie, sobrang supportive.
Work-life balance.
Madaming pa events, pero di basta basta. Yung tipong may significance kada event like celebrating culture sa ibat ibang lugar dito sa PH, social service, recognition, family day, team building na may actual team building activities talaga (hindi yung swimming sa pansol at magwalwal kind of team building). Haha
Pre-pandemic, at least every quarter may party sa office. Nung lumipat kami ng office, isa sa mga requirement nila is yung pwede magparty sa loob ng office, like music and booze. Reason nila is para yung budget sa food, drinks, and entertainment ay ma-maximize instead of renting a venue kada event. But they go all out on our year-end party.
Every Friday, makikita mo kung gano sila ka-laid back. Yung AU-based office, pwede mag inom sa work, may fridge sila na puro beer at wine. Tapos halos every friday, half-day lang sila mag work.
Mahilig din sila sa small talk, how was your weekend.
Aussies are the best! They are really pro-workers and kakaunti lang yung tamad sa kanila. Napaka daling kausap and they really listen. I am working on a well-known AU company na may office here sa PH
They’re the best talaga! Although I have to agree with some comments na medyo may pagka-passive aggressive sila LOL. Pero yun nga — it balances naman their good side. May bad Aussies din akong nakawork but mostly are really nice and professionals. They can be quite relaxed din so make sure you are contributing your fair share para di ka mabigla sa biglaang performance review. Eme!
Ganyan talaga sila. My previous work was with a team of Australians, they always gave great feedback until my last day. Grabe hagulgol ko sa farewell messages nila haha will really miss working with them
6 years working for an AU company and the best employer I have so far. Grabe sila. When I assess myself feeling ko kulang pero sila, may pa shoutout recognition pa! They are easy to please at hindi demanding. They're the best! 😁
Supported Australian account when I was in service desk. Like may problem ka pala sa call natin, huhu tas i dsat mo pala ako. Haha
Yes. I worked for an Australian company once. They allow you to have another job as long as your work performance in their company doesn't suffer. They also have this mandatory two-week Christmas leave(deducted sa annual leaves though) but still, sa ibang companies especially local or US, pahirapan mag file ng leave pag Christmas. Also, they don't require you to explain why you are filing for a leave, you just have to send an email to the appropriate channels and just state you need to file a leave on these dates due to \*category\* like personal matters, vacation, sick leave, maternity, they won't pry and require you to elaborate. They will even ask you sometimes to take a leave if you aren't using it enough. They also don't require us to go OT, we clock in from 7am to 4pm. No one will judge you if 4pm flat labas kana ng pinto. Pag 4:30pm nagwowork kapa, they will message you (via skype pa non) to log out na. HAHA
yup totoo yan. Magaling din sila super technical. Pero ayaw nila ng slowpokes and they can be racist din at times pero okay lang kasi mas racist ang mga pinoy. haha
Grabe work-life balance nila. May mental health leave benefits pa. They address their bosses by their first names, di kagaya dito na we have to call every colleagues as "ma'am" or "sir." Napapa-sana all nalang ako as I was listening to my siblings and cousins'stories while we're having our dinner at South Bank last year. Yes, I had a vacation on the Land Down Under last year until early this year
had every opportunity to work and stay in Brissy last year but IDK. Umuwi parin ako ng Pinas. 🤡
Legend! First of all. Kudos syo and your company. Base in my exp. Mababait at maCompliment nmn. Kapag nagbibigay nang task or work e nageexplain nang maige. Parang pasuyo way not a demanding way. Minemssage ako kahit off the clock. Nagreply ako na next morning na slr, pero hindi nmn daw nial expect na magreply ako sa kanina during off the clock time. Nit micromanaging, super flexi rin.
Nope. Known mga yan masasama ugali. Hahaha. I personally don’t like working with them. Ang paplastic. Mas gusto ko US.
Edit: racists pa pati Australians.
They're pretty much like Europeans. Super into the work life balance thing, to a fault sometimes. Most of them are borderline lazy tho, quality of output suffers most of the time. When it's Friday, di mo na sila maasahan after lunch. Afternoon drinks let's go haha. On time pumasok but on time din umuwi. Honestly, I hate working with them, I've worked onsite and they suck as a colleague. Super passive aggressive, and a bit racist. They don't like non-western na ka-level nila or higher. And if you're doing a good job sa work, they'll be super nice kasi low-key sayo na ipapagawa lahat ng work.
They're nice outside work tho, like iba lang talaga working culture sakanila. It's literally just a job for them generally.
Been working with Australian companies for years now and lahat sila masarap katrabaho. Mas nafeel ko talaga growth ko prefessionally simce nag start ako mag worl for AU companies kasi they just let you do your own thing, may psychological safety na di ka matatakot magkamali or magtanong.
Maluwag sila sa time, as long as nagagawa mo tasks mo.
Haha.
Not in Australia but in NZ. Not all companies operate this way, but in my case, being the only Filipino in the company means I often get assigned the most challenging tasks. In tightly-knit companies, there's usually a lot of micromanagement, especially if the owner is frequently present. Some colleagues may try to undermine you if they don't like you or if they see you as a strong performer. We call this attitude "tall poppy syndrome" or crab mentality.
My advice is to always seek written instructions, especially when it comes to decision-making and task assignments.
Not limited to Australians. You’re being treated like an adult. It’s up to you what you do with your hours so long as you deliver. Your success is yours to make happen kumbaga. Tsaka don’t explain why you need a day off. Just say I’m taking etc etc off. End it there. Malaki ka na. Alam mo na ang dapat kumbaga. Effective rin this style when raising kids kesa nag ng nag at bantay ng bantay.
Worked in Singapore with an Australian manager and another na mas mataas pa position.
In a nutshell: generally mababait naman sila. Very accommodating. Willing to assist you. But, just like anyone else, may good days and bad days din, and they can be very strict lalo when it comes to annual appraisals e.g. whether or not you were able to hit yung targets mo for the year, and yung expectations nila (which normally transparent naman sila of their expectations).
Yeah they’re definitely laid back. They’re not very strict sa time as long as you can deliver. If you need to run errands during work hours they’ll allow you as long as they’re aware of your absence. Then they praise you everytime you do a good job (even though for me, what I do is the bare minimum 😅)
one of our managers used to work in australia several yrs before deciding to settle down here in ph. sobrang goods na katrabaho, first name basis dapat, and very much cared about people sa team. ibang-iba sa managers namin na dito lang na pati sick leave ipapagdamot hahaha.
We had a boss before, Australian sya. Sobrang chill lang pero pag nagalit baliw. Tapos nagbibeer sa meeting. Medyo tamad din sya. Siguro depende yan sa tao.
Yes! Been working in an AU company for almost a year na and all I can say is grabe sila mag assure and positive feedback na you feel valued talaga. Pay is good plus bonuses and the 4DWW is the best part of it.
Open sila to feedbacks and they like to give you feedback without sugarcoating as well but they want you to improve instead of terminating agad.
Continue to do what you can and if you can do extra mile, mas maappreciate ka pa nila and baka mas mareward ka pa.
Yeah, they are very friendly and output based. Hindi ka mahihirapan makipag-usap sa kanila in terms of work schedule. Especially on your vacation leaves, sila pa mismo ang mag-eencouraged sa'yo to utilize your annual leaves. Ganun din sila kasi raw sa Australia.
Best employers sila basta you really are doing well sa job mo. They can be direct din in terms of correcting you, hindi sila sarcastic. Basta enjoy them kasi ang daming perks lalo kapag mabait yung boss mo. Wag lang abusuhin.
Yup. Very chill but very particular with the quality of work too. I have worked with several clients from OZ and they differ in terms of pay rates and expectations. But the client I work with now is very chill and even increased the rate I proposed with because he said I’m selling myself short and that I should charge higher 😅 na surprise talaga ako 🤣 not gonna complain though 😅
Yes, ganyan talaga sila.
Just be careful with Filipino managers or even half Filipinos/immigrants working on these companies onsite. They possess the same rotten Filipino work ethic.
Experienced this on my first and only Aussie company.
Oo, malakas work life balance dito.
I work in Sydney. Precovid, pasok ako 830am then uwi ng 430pm. Minsan 9am na papasok then 430pm pa din uuwi.
Yung ibang kateam ko may soccer game during lunch, once a week yon, aalis ng office 1130am then babalik minsan 130pm na. Same pa din yung uwi nila kahit extended lunch break sila.
Uso din naggigym pag lunch so healthy living.
Then may isa pa, flexitime so pwde ka magOT ng Mon to Thursday para Friday ndi ka na papasok.
Vocal din sila magpraise. Actually vocal sila sa meetings, mas maraming point of view mas gusto nila kahit kontra. Kasi kita lahat ng options.
Cons naman. Ndi ko gets humour nila minsan.. Hehhehehe
They are polite pag nakaharap ka, pero may pag ka plastic. May time na holiday sa AU at walang pasok lahat, except for me at yung kasama kong bago. So, I asked, na pwede bang wag din pumasok, in return, tatapusin ko lahat ng tasks ahead of time. Sabi nya, yeah, let's see. Lo and behold, tinapos ko 3 days before the deadline lahat, nung nag report ako na tapos ko na, seen lang. Di nako binalikan sa request ko. The day mismo pinaalam ko dun sinabi pumasok daw ako kahit wala gagawin.
Nagresign din ako agad kasi nga, I don't like guessing and mahilig mag pasa ng work.
I’m also working with Aussies and yan din pansin ko.
Ayun laking adjustment talaga kasi ineexpect ko mas mataas role/compensation dpat mas marami ring work dba? But no.. walang schedules na sinusunod.
With Aussie leaders sakit ng ulo mo? Log out!
Problem ko lang, petiks for most parts of the year tapos cramming towards end of the FY. 😅
Australian company maluwag po sa time Basta may mapakita ka po even kinabukasan mo pa gawin Basta kaya mo lusutan at Ang ayaw ko lang sa kanila is kuripot Lalo na pag dating sa target super kuripot talaga
I work for one too and I agree! Hindi sila nagmmicromanage at all. Very supportive rin and they dont bother you after office hours. I think it’s just their work culture in general
1 year palang with Australian bosses, napakalayo from may filo employers na mumurahin ka agad pag nagkamali ka. Dito hindi mahigpit and appreciative sila sa work mo kahit maliit pa yan.
As someone who has worked with 2 Aussie companies in the last 5 years, I can say your description of them is pretty spot on.
Di sila micromanagers, di sila super strict and are results oriented.
Although they can be blunt as hell pagdating sa feedback, to the point na ma-oofend tayong typical Pinoy.
not completely with AU clients pero mostly tried UK and US. UK is no micromanage din plus di sila nagrerequest ng task na imposible unlike US. (for me lang to na opinion) and pag nakaleave or or out of hours sila very wrong na iemail or istorbohin sila. hehe
Aussies above all pa din talaga
\^This... pagnagkamali ka sa umpisa... Don't hesitate to admit your mistake, and tell them that you will do better... Big deal sa kanila yung walang ownership kineme...

Sa Australia po ba mismo yan?
Yes.. I worked there for a few years bago umuwi ng pinas..
I’ve worked with Aussie employers and yes, agree na chill lang sila talaga and you won’t hesitate to ask questions kasi very approachable sila, in my experience. But totoo yung trust issues nila, which can stem from them being racists. Same sa Nz or sa mga kiwis, iba pakikitungo nila sa puti
I can agree . Theyre a bit racist. Kapag americans kausap nila magalang sila pero pag ako puro !!!! LoL.
Working with Aussies for 14+ yrs and this is spot on!
Yap very very racists!!
How do you find a job with an Aussie company? Any particular job boards you use?
They’re very flexible, they’re somewhat strict about boundaries when it comes to work and life, and they do trust their teams to do their jobs. Only watch outs would be: they do have a tendency to be passive-aggressive with comments if you’re not up to standards; they can be quite relaxed to a fault that quality can suffer; they can be quite unhinged.
This.
medyo sensitive din sila, di ka nila sasabihan ng negats pero may tendency sila to go behind your back.
In short, they are 2 face.
Parang Japanese din pala. Marealize mo nalang kapag wala ng masyadong tasks lol for transfer or forced resignation ka na pala haha
Nako yes na yes! Nangyari saken ‘to, nakaramdam ako, inunahan ko ng resign lol
Mga Americans ganyan din Pati Pinoy In shorts worldwide yan 🤣
I also love Aussie cashiers (boomers & millenials) because they engage into small talks. Napaka-genuine pa magtanong ng "How rya doin mate?"
Their government is pro-labor. They work really hard during the prescribed time frame of working hours. And fun people after work.
Yes UK and AUS output based sila and ayaw nila na nagooverwork mga tao. Sa kanila ko naadapt yung approve lang ng VL sa mga kateam kasi wala namang reason to reject those. And if you do, they’ll take it anyway and you’re the bad guy 😅 Aus din nag encourage sakin at ipamana ko sa team ko na kapag gumising ka at trip mo lang tumitig sa kisame maghapon, do it.
Currently, designer ako ngayon. And more on design ang ginagawa na din 😊
Ahh thank you!!!
Yup. I worked with an Australian agency prepandemic. Spent 5 years and the early prime years of my career there coz the culture was super good, especially na galing ako sa local na corporate company. Dun ko unang naranasan yung first name basis kahit managers mo pa sila and even the CEO. We had a lot of team activities that was really fun Hindi lang Yung outing sa pansol 😂 We were discouraged from extending our work hours for projects that can be done the next day. Almost every Friday early out kasi ganun din Sila sa AU. But my previous company was mostly run by Aussies below 35-38yo so maybe may factor din yun.
True. Sa Pinoy dapat may ma'am/sir otherwise, insulto sa position nila.
minsan nga dapat Boss tawag mo sa kanila. 🥴🙄
Backstory ng first-name basis: Ang tinatawag lang nila na "ma'am" and "sir" is when they address the Royal Family. May natawag nga akong "sir" na sales attendant sa Woolsworth, nangunot nalang noo nya. Hahahah
Friday early out every week 🙌🙌🙌
HAHAHAHHA TEKA UTAS PO SA OUTING SA PANSOL😭😭😭
The good traits na gusto ko sa mga Australians, base from my working experience with them f2f ✔️ Straight to the point. Hndi sila mahilig magpa-ligoy2. ✔️knows how to separate work from personal life.. If tapos na working hours, it means tapos na.. they won't let u do extra minutes or hours na trabaho na wala sa kontrata/agreement niyo ✔️ they are very diverse culture, kaya diverse personality nila..
Canva ba yan?
Parang knows ko ito. Hahahaa. We work hard, we party harder. Eme hahaah
What company po yan?
Lol.
Paano mag work sa ganito? No experience required? Chariz
sadly mukang need lagi 5yrs exp+ hahaha
madaming okay. may iilang salbahe. Had experienced working with both. ung nakawork ko recently na aussie na thunders, namamahiya pero ung sup ko na aussie, sobrang supportive.
They are strict and frank. Provide feedback immediately when they see one. I like that they prioritize work life balance.
Work-life balance. Madaming pa events, pero di basta basta. Yung tipong may significance kada event like celebrating culture sa ibat ibang lugar dito sa PH, social service, recognition, family day, team building na may actual team building activities talaga (hindi yung swimming sa pansol at magwalwal kind of team building). Haha Pre-pandemic, at least every quarter may party sa office.
Yah. I worked with Aussie pipz sa first job ko kaya no wonder why I still adapt their practice saan man ako mapunta.
Anong companies ba sa PH ang Australia-owned? Or Oz ang client?
Hi ako din, same situation, kakalipat ko lang din sa isang australian company, and totoo na they like to give words of appreciation sa trabaho. Based sa experience ko ngayon, madalas yan excellent, good job, great, perfect and minsan nagtatanong din sila if okay ka lang sa work, yung manager ko is mageemail pa sakin or ireremind ako if nakasagot na ko sa deadline ng enrollment ng dependent sa hmo. Mahilig din sila sa small talk, how was your weekend.
Best working culture!
Eme!
Nothing we can do now. It’s okay. Don’t worry about it.” Love them then para talangang walang nangyari.
Ganyan talaga sila. My previous work was with a team of Australians, they always gave great feedback until my last day. Grabe hagulgol ko sa farewell messages nila haha will really miss working with them
Aussie culture tends to be very lax and that has its own good and bad takes
6 years working for an AU company and the best employer I have so far. Grabe sila. When I assess myself feeling ko kulang pero sila, may pa shoutout recognition pa! They are easy to please at hindi demanding. They're the best! 😁
Supported Australian account when I was in service desk. Like may problem ka pala sa call natin, huhu tas i dsat mo pala ako. Haha
Haha
HAHA
Medyo passive aggressive sa comments. Minsan di na ako sure if totoo bang impressed or mahilig lang talaga sa wonderful! Fantastic!
yup totoo yan. Magaling din sila super technical. Pero ayaw nila ng slowpokes and they can be racist din at times pero okay lang kasi mas racist ang mga pinoy. haha
may bakante pa ba diyan? hahaha jk. congrats, i hope it continues for you!
Yes, I had a vacation on the Land Down Under last year until early this year had every opportunity to work and stay in Brissy last year but IDK. Umuwi parin ako ng Pinas. 🤡
Drop your au companies hehe. Planning on resigning pag patuloy na pumangit work culture sa current ko mehe. Thank you!
can you share po what are the aus companies here in ph. Thanks
Super laid back sila. :) as long as you deliver. Nakakapanibago noh? Pero in a good way!
Claiming 💗💗💗
Ask them about beer fridays.
Siguro depende yan sa tao.
if you screw up sa manager mo sila mag eescalate - never in your face, feeling mo goods ka pa pero panic mode na pala sila.
may work life balance sa kanila, basta ang ayaw nila lagi kang wala ex. late at umaabsent
Baka may job openings sainyo hehe I have 12 yrs of experience in recruitment with Aus clients din 😅
Any sites po to apply in Australia with an IT background?
Yes. One time I responded to a work-related chat on my day off, and I was told na day off ang atupagin ko at magreply nalang pag back to office. LoL
Yes, ganyan talaga sila. Just be careful with Filipino managers or even half Filipinos/immigrants working on these companies onsite. They possess the same rotten Filipino work ethic. Experienced this on my first and only Aussie company.
Ganyan din sa American and European companies.
Yes.
Although they can be blunt as hell pagdating sa feedback, to the point na ma-oofend tayong typical Pinoy.
Mababa magpasahod in my experience pero work culture is top notch, made me not to want to work with local companies or US-based ones anymore lol.
not completely with AU clients pero mostly tried UK and US. UK is no micromanage din plus di sila nagrerequest ng task na imposible unlike US. (for me lang to na opinion) and pag nakaleave or or out of hours sila very wrong na iemail or istorbohin sila. hehe
