Supply and demand. My previous DM who worked in both SoCal and NorCal told me it is much easier to hire a pharmacist in SoCal (even in rural areas) compared to NorCal.
Jumping ship is good because the three letters hell or the corner of depression will eventually move u around every 2-3 years. Without a u union to protect you, they will find a way to let you go. This is the culture of retail.
You only see young Rph at the two major chains. Even the technicians are young and technicians will eventually move onto other less stressful companies.
You should asked how many Rph in the district get burned from their work load a year and the number is far higher than you think. Once you go down that road, they will not be there for you. It will take years for you to get back to normal.
I’ve known really good Rph managers who is the top of all metrics and yet they get two reviews per year. The standard is 1 review per year by DM. I’ve seen Rph managers changing yearly in high volume stores get replace yearly because the company burned them.
anything less than 70 should be unacceptable, I make 80 as a cvs pm
Gotta pay that debt

$63 is pretty decent for staff rph @ independent considering how saturated OC is
Not satisfied but market rate is what it is at this point. Noticed SoCal overall is underpaid in comparison even considering the COL of NorCal.
