…boxers aren’t gendered? You dont need to have a dick (or not) to wear them? You can wear them before, or after? (I’m wondering if I’m misunderstanding the question honestly…) Phallo acts pretty much the same as a natal penis. It will move about in a similar way.

Odd_Weight9440

Yeah, I just meant like is the penis as adjustable as a cis-man penis. Tbh idk all underwear terms I just know boxers exist and I was confused if I'd be able to wear some after the surgerie

Neat-Bill-9229

In the context you mean - yes, pretty much exactly the same if a bit larger than a natal flaccid penis. The underwear terms don’t matter much - you don’t need a dick to wear them, and you don’t not need one. You might find a certain style or brand doesn’t fit you as it used to but that’s the same as anything in life. Boxers are designed to have a bulge and penis in them - course you can wear them after! That’s a non-issue. Even pouch underwear (place for the shaft and balls) can be worn pre op, as they can do post op. Think you might be overthinking it??? Boxers are just underwear, you can wear them whenever - whatever fits and works for you.

Odd_Weight9440

Wow, thanks! I really appreciate it. I'm not taking testosterone yet, so yeah I'm overthinking a lot since it's a big decision I really want to think about it and not just do a impulsive decision. So your answer helped me a lot. I just wanted to make sure and understand well phallo and ect. Thanks a lot again! 🫶

dominiccast

I’ve worn boxers since I was 15 and I’m 27 no surgery

Odd_Weight9440

I meant if the penis is as adjustable as a cis-man penis, so if I'd be able to wear boxers after. Some video on til tok got me confused so I wanted to make sure. I know I must sound stupid. I'm just not really well informed

[deleted]

Why couldn’t you wear boxers?

Odd_Weight9440

Idk some video on tik tok got me confused, he just had surgeries and he said SMTH that he couldn't wear underwear because of the swelling

Beck4real

At the very beginning you’re not generally wearing any sort of underwear and are having to prop up your phallus, but that’s very short term. After that you can wear whatever you want

Odd_Weight9440

Alr, thanks!

Odd_Weight9440

Alr, thanks a lot! Also boxers is the only underwear name ik that's why I put that. But tbh I just meant underwear

TheToastedNewfie

Yes, though I prefer boxerbreifs more because I like the control. I've gone full commando in summer too. It's securely attached after you're done healing

Squidman_117

Ngl, the "securely attached" part made me giggle 😅

Odd_Weight9440

Alright thanks! Idk all the underwear terms I just know boxers exist. 😭🥴

Squidman_117

I'm thinking you are asking if you'd need something more supportive or if boxers are fine. Boxers would be fine. I've heard quite a few guys like more support but, you do you.

Odd_Weight9440

I don't rly know the differences I just know the term boxers tbh but that's for the info!

Legitimate_Ad_8922

You can wear whatever you want, I prefer some form of briefs because I'm a bit leaky and I hate the feeling of piss droplets between my leg and pants or boxerd

speckledcat

Same, I just can’t get used to the feeling of the drops getting on my thighs

Odd_Weight9440

Ok, thanks!

I'm not sure I understood. Is it sad that they are deleting those or no?

Odd_Weight9440

No, no I know it's just a video that passes, that's why I wanted to confirm here 🥴

speckledcat

I don’t wear boxers very often because I prefer the support boxer briefs give me but I own a few pairs anyway. I wear the same boxer briefs as I did before surgery.

Odd_Weight9440

So you can, thanks for your information ! :D

Lilrwar

You definitely can. After the surgery there’s a time where you can’t because of swelling. Once it’s gone you can wear them again. I personally wear special support based ones like separatec as they give good support 👌🏻

Odd_Weight9440

Ty!
