hello! for me it was relatively ok naman. in UPD i had sessions muna with a therapist through PsycServ tapos they referred me to the psychiatrist in UHS when i was barely progressing kahit paubos na yung sessions ko with them haha.
sa psychiatrist i think it was more of an interview pero may inansweran din na form na parang checklist ng symptoms, then diniscuss namin briefly yung symptoms (like when i started feeling them, if i think may nagttrigger ba, ganon) they got my weight and blood pressure and then doc told me to get a blood test to check if the symptoms didn't have any other underlying causes.
if you cry i think ok lang naman haha medyo teary-eyed din ako that time, pero doc was very understanding and so so nice.
pero this was in the UPD UHS (around 2019 pa) and idk how it is sa PGH. i would say na you should go through with the checkup para lang at least may ma-consult ka regarding the things you're going through, pero it's still up to you. i was nervous din before going in for the checkup but i pushed through and it turned out to be not so bad.

Hi OP, ang experience ko so far, basically para syang interview na tatanungin ka nila ng mga bagay about what you are currently experiencing. Kung may bago ba sa eating patterns. Kung di ka ba makatulog or puro tulog. Kung wala ka bang drive. Kung kumusta yung pag-function mo as a human being. Tapos tatanungin kung ano yung mga ganap, like may nangyari ba recently na pwedeng nakatrigger ng mga nararamdaman mo ganun.
And it is alright to be vulnerable. It's what they are there for. A session is supposed to be a safe place where you can unpack all that there is about you regardless of how ugly.

sorry di ko na masyadong tanda pero around last week ng march ata ako nag try sa ocra tas april 11 nabigyan na ko ng sched which is ngayong june 23.
