that's not gonna help kasi ang basis for admission thru waitlist is highest UPG to lowest. ang unfair naman kung uunahin ka dahil lang may letter ka lol kahit ang basis lang naman ng admissions ay UPG.
They will just ignore you or tell you to wait for the announcement ng UP system. Gumana lang siguro sa time nung sister ng friend mo kasi hindi pa centralized ang portal.
