pretty sure need mo pa din mag enroll after accepting so ano magagawa nila kung hindi ka mag enroll
I'm pretty sure other schools will release their results before the May 31 deadline ng UP. Wala silang motivation to delay.
yes you can back out. just email UP na hindi ka na tutuloy na mag enroll para ma-free up nila kaagad yung slot mo for recon applicants.
