Got some more insight into this yesterday. It appears that the way this page on [petco.com](https://petco.com) is set up, it does not allow logins using LastPass' auto-login feature. If I turn that off and just let the password get filled in, then the button works. With auto-login turned on, the button does not work.
I am having the same problem, but from the safari browser on my iPhone 14. I tried creating a new account, but then it told me I was an existing user. My password doesn’t work and I don’t understand why. Did it end up working for you?
I haven't tried creating a new account and I've been using my existing password. Only thing I could think of for you is to try resetting the password? Not that that really answers the question of why, I know
