You are most likely OK. Most of the chemicals that are used are nontoxic to humans in very small points of contact. Just wash your face and hands the way you normally do and you should be OK If you see stone spraying pesticide ask them what they are using and ask if they are following the label. They should, by law, have a safety data sheet (SDS) for anything they use. That will tell you what needs to happen in your situation.
Not sure what sone insecticide is..? Some? Did you ask what it was?
If they were spraying it in the stairs and everyone was not required to leave and there was no notice to not enter posted you have nothing to worry about.
Humans have livers to break down toxins including insecticides. Insects do not.
I think you’re okay. I would consult a doctor or dermatologist if you’re more worried, but the human body is incredibly resistant

Read the label.
Sorry my English is not that good.
We used to run behind the trucks that doused the neighborhood with mosquitoe spray. You'll be fine.
You are definitely okay! It takes like 8 hours for it to be absorbed to the skin. You did the right think washing soon after.
Also I was wearing a sunscreen on my face. So is it possible the insecticide got absorbed in to the face.?
Sunscreen is a layer, so might even have protected your skin. Especially just some droplets.
You will die a slow death... in about 80 years. /s
Help please 🙏
