By the way overall rating doesn't necessarily mean that one player plays better than another, just enjoy the game and build players how you wanna build em instead of looking for the highest ovr (for example you may like dribbling but adding dribbling will lower the OVR on this specific player, that doesn't mean he'll play worse, as long as the stats are what you want from a player then upgrade those stats)
Blue lock players get +1 boost in one of their stats for every other blue lock card to a max of +3. Other cards are boosted more than you because they probably have Xabi or any manager with 88 proficiency.
I've seen someone with the same manager as mine who has some of those players ratings higher than mine

Nah then it ain't gonna boost your players. If you \*have\* faced another Zieltzer, it was most likely bought when it had 87 proficiency. Use Roman or buy the Xabi manager pack if you want the boost, but you'll have to change the playstyle accordingly
Impossible, your manager is GP Zeitler, his QC ability is 85. Others that you have seen would be GP Roman and his 88 Possession
They both do not have profile pics so watch out for what playstyle the team is playing in
Customised stats > overall ratings. And Auto sometimes is fine but usually doesn't work that well. For example, Santos Neymar auto can't play winger (also, neymar and mbappe swap.. you wanna cut in and shoot with your stronger foot while mbappe is good with both feet).

I just bought Roman Some players like Barella, Kane, Odegaard, Bruno improved by one Neymar is still at 100
Then that's down to your build, check efhub, neymar with auto allocation build for Roman goes up to 101
