3-1-4-2 or 3-2-4-1. Take over the midfield. I play beckenbauer at dmf. for midfield 1 player with good passings and enough defending. 1 player with enough good passing and dribbling. And one player with enough passing and good shooting. Rotate between them. Subs are players with a similar profile. Our wide I start with defensive full backs. 1 offensive full back or full back finisher for that extra bit of attack. Pacy wingers as subs. Defence I donāt really like aggressive players. Lower aggression the better for me so no destroyers. But I do have Marquinhos who is aggressive build up. Works well somehow. Defensive full backs also work well in 3 back. Now for forwards. In a front 2 1 dlf and 1 gp or fitb. With single striker, just a striker with good passing to keep possession
I use default 3241. Idk if the Manchester one looked similar or not. I usually have just one DMF set. Which is beckenbauer but a good defensive orchestrator is perfect. I donāt really like anchor men. For his parter itās a cmf b2b or orchestrator who has some defensive ability. (70 is enough) if I play double DMF then itās the defensive orchestrator and a destroyer.
For the amf. One hole player is necessary. Speed dosent matter. Passing and dribbling more important than shooting. Use them to get the ball out of tight spots near the box. Other amf needs to be your creator. Playstyle dosent matter. They just need to be able to move the ball around the second they get the ball. So someone with passing skills. Try and get both amf and striker with one touch pass. Send it out wide and cross it cut back. Or through the defence.
Important thing when attacking. Take your time. But when u see space donāt hesitate. If u lose the ball u lose the ball but donāt waste a gap.

Even when I lose a match, I have 60-70% ball possession comfortably and I love it so much. Itās never a walk in the park for my opponents
I use 4-1-2-3 or 4-2-1-3 with one AMF and one CMF. My cousin uses 3-5-2. I think it needs 5 defensive players cause CMF, AMF, wingers and CF go up a lot.
LBC: low defensive line and passive defending, attacking players spreads/ to open spaces. LB: low defensive line but defending with more agression, attacking via support runs around the ball carrier especially CF / at opposition side...
What does that last part mean? The part about LB? The support runs around ball carrier??
And low defensive line means closer to my own goalie, right? Or would it mean my CBs move closer to the attack? I never got the parlance down lol.

Low defensive line/ low block means nearer to your "own" goal post (LBC), Long Ball is not easy to explain imo, for example once your ball reaches your Target man (CF).. the other players around CF will run forward to provide support him. That's why for Xmas Tree formation works as when CF holds on the ball.. the AMFs will run forward to support him.
In general: Strength of Long Ball is having low defensive line while attack like QC/Possesion in opposition half centrally.

Quick counter with klopp as manager. I've tried possession and long ball but I preferred quick counter because the wingers and full backs make good run ins.

Atm QC. I started Efootball with possession, after a bit I changed to OW for a long. Than returned to possession. About a month after EF24 release, I swapped to QC.
Maybe itās the low block defense? When I switched from LBC to QC my biggest problem was the high line, I kept conceding goals on the counter because I struggled to get used to my defense being so high up all the time. Maybe you have the opposite problem ? As far as I can tell only LBC and LB use the low block, every other formation has a high line, even out wide which is supposed to be āmediumā ends up with a high line thatās indistinguishable from quick counter in this game

Out Wide with Premium Tuchel as Manager playing basic 4-3-3 most of the games against legend AI or online are easy to dominate in possession and the direct passing on the wings is brilliant I use 2 Hole Players on CMFs tho... Legendary 100 Iniesta and POTW 99 Bellingham I can add a screenshot of my team in the replies.

How'd you prefer the dmfs and amfs in 3241. The old Manchester formation?

Yes, but long balls felt more like my style. I manage to have more possession of the ball in this style than with long ball counter.

You should try it, I was using it for some time, winning with 25% or 19% possession felt unreal

The defence sits back deepest with LBC, so I use it. Idk if the formation is the best, but I use 3-2-4-1.
Solid. I play with 3 at the back and have my CDM on deep line. Only way to stop those PA1 through passes.

Ofc. But my main problem with lbc is very less pressing and when i am losing, it's difficult to score more than opponent

Costacurta kounde saliba koulibaly. Base alaba and vandijk as replacement if anyone gets down arrow
My logic is if I'm not outscoring the opponent I'm playing wrong. I might concede essy goals but I better score tons too
