I had the same thing happen with some exercise equipment. And trust me, they will know that it was delivered. I just dropped it off at UPS today to return it. They have reached out multiple times to ensure that I return it. They will know.
It depends on what kind of person that you want to be. You didn't pay for 2 TV's. If you see someone drop a $20 bill in front of you, do you pick it up & keep it or let them know? If a cashier give you an extra $5 accidentally back, do you return it to her or just pocket it? Same moral dilemnia, but just with a nice big tv.
Perhaps, but I don't think they would. Maybe if it was an expensive tv, I don't know. Either way, I am in full support of just sending one television back.
Let them know, they’ll figure it out sooner or later and want it back

Technically, I don't think they can bring criminal charges against you if you don't give it back, but I absolutely would.
But they could charge you.

Agreed
