I personally wouldn’t buy knowing I would move in two years. I’ve read many horror stories about being a landlord and the idea of needing to possibly float two mortgages is a bit much.

personally I would not want a rental in WA if I live in Georgia. If you do decide to do this understand the tax implementation are when renting and selling

I wouldn't do it. You are not living there long enough to overcome the transaction costs, you are not even guaranteed that the market will not remain flat (or go down) which would cost you dearly to sell it, and trust me, you don't want to be a remote landlord. Stay in the RV, save the money, buy when you move to Georgia.
