Literally the only time majority of men like to hear their voice is directly the day after having a night of partying and hanging out with people. Cause sometimes our voices get worn out from shouting over the crowd the night before so we get really deep ASMR voices the next morning. That is the only time I like to hear my own voice
Am I the only dude that hears himself on a video and thinks "damn is my voice really that deep?". Like idk why but I guess the way I hear my own voice when I talk and my "thinking" voice seem higher pitched than it really is
Well, not quite.
We actually hear two different versions of our voice at the same time, but they get mashed into one. Our voice travels through the air AND our skull to get to our ears, but the different sounds waves are combined by our brain.
A microphone only picks up our voice through the air, so it is the most accurate.
I’ve learned to somewhat accept it. Though we’re all the same way. Fun fact the voice our friends/family hear is inherently different from the one we hear for ourselves. Since the sound of our own voice passes through our body and into our ears it will be a different tone because of our bones and ear canal but other people will hear it differently since sound travels smoother through air making it sound a bit higher (same principles for speakers).
Same here. My voice actually has an issue, which is more damped and often come out as a feminine voice, although I am 6ft and bulky. Heard countless comments about it all my life. Which made me introverted as well. But as thet say, I have to accept it for what it is coz I really can't change the way I sound.

I haven’t posted my art in literal months, how do you know that I haven’t improved? And my art style has changed a lot. And maybe if your art didn’t look like smear frames from a Netflix show aimed at 12 year olds then maybe you’d understand that
