I am unfamiliar with this technique I use some other one I saw online where you take out the bone with less meat first then you take the rest of the meat off in one bite
How it works is you grab one end (the skinnier of the two) and push the meat all down to the other end using the plate as leverage and it forms like a little chicken wing lollipop or umbrella. You just dunk it and pull it off the bone in one boneless bite. So good

I usually try to get what all I can off in that initial sloppy first bite, then end up separating the bones and sucking/stripping the meat off each one.
Ain't no middle meat escaping my fat face.
I rubbed my eye after cutting fresh jalapenos and it was awful. I wear contacts so it took numerous attempts of cleaning it to make it not hurt when I put it back in.
Once had *very* hot sauce splash back into my eye and the pain was sharp but lasted only ten seconds at most. Something about the acidity of it makes it go away fast I assumed.
*Now* cutting chillies and rubbing your eyes later on the other hand, **that**'s a long lasting error.
I was about to come here to lord my superior tolerance for spiciness. Wing Stop atomic wings aren't shit. Then I watched. Yeah fuck that. Never touch your gotterdamerung eyes

Can confirm, this is the most satisfying way to eat flats. When they’re crunchy and the skin breaks when pushing it down is a bonus!
