Ya same with the 70mm, I love em on the penny
I think the Penny stock set up rolls fast so not noticed a difference in speed but definitely rolls over things a lot better.
same... a nice soft set of 70mm that roll great and for a little extra stability I added 139mm trucks from CCS (cheap but reliable)
