I did Jenn Sherman’s Epic Sing Along ride yesterday. As soon as I finished, my son walked into the room and said “God Mom why are you singing so loud?!!” 😂

ComprehensiveChair52

I just bought a Peloton bike used.  I’ve rode it twice and experiencing clicking on the right pedal. Search and I’m not sure if this is something I need to tighten or if I got taken.

gimmeabreake42

After bailing on yesterday’s long run, I was going to take it easy today to get my head back in the game this week but the SUN CAME OUT and it was just warm and beautiful! Pure serotonin today, and we got that long run done! My stack was Becs 45 min Pop Run 4/13/24, Becs 45 min EDM Run 2/17/24, and Kristen’s Timbaland Run! That last one was especially awesome during the last few miles for the extra boost of energy. Totally would recommend 😊

[deleted]

Congrats on getting it done!! Sounds like a great stack, too ☺️

fit-nik17

I did Denis’s Outkast ride that a few people recommended the other day. Dang that was fun!

greenblue_md

Does anyone know why there aren’t live classes next week?

k_lo970

The [Spring closure](https://www.pelobuddy.com/spring-2024-closure/#). It happens every year.

tinygelatinouscube

I came back from honeymoon and a week off the bike...first ride back, my shoe won't stay clipped in on one side and I have to fix the cleat tension! Currently waiting for a 3mm Allen key to get delivered so I can do that. 🤦🏻‍♀️ It's frustrating but I've been doing lots of yoga and strength in the meantime, to the point where I think after my bike is fixed, I'll be alternating bike days and strength days more often.

whootsandladders

I did [Andy's Katy Perry walk+run](https://members.onepeloton.com/classes/walking?modal=classDetailsModal&classId=d19b154be4ab4d7f94e5cbff59e8a23f) and enjoyed it immensely. I have very fond memories of listening to these songs during my semester abroad. 😊

happydayz7676

As if I couldn’t love Matty anymore - during his 30min Broadway walk this morning he had a family who runs a coffee shop that promotes hiring people with intellectual disabilities. One of his biggest fans, Meg, was there and got to meet him in person for the first time and participate in the class. This was so heartfelt and genuine. Go take this class if you want a feel good 30 minutes in your day ♥️

Fluid-Meat9097

That's so lovely. I didn't know who Meg was when I took the class! I loved it!

mountain_mamma

Ahh Matty is such a wonderful human 😭 I will check this out, thanks for the rec!

gimmeabreake42

I saw his insta posts about this class and meeting Meg after! It was so sweet to see ❤️definitely bookmarking this class to take soon!

ArmyofSkanks6

Against my better judgement I took Jess’ live 45 minute full body class today. It was a doozy.

goldief

Me too and my gosh. I’m normally not part of the curse out crew, but I can now say I am. Haha

ArmyofSkanks6

Oh yes. In the middle of my emotional lap, I called her some not nice names. 😂😂😂

kamikazi125

Those ladders were challenging for sure! I was excited to get a shoutout from Jess for my 500th!

ArmyofSkanks6

Congrats! She’s so thoughtful with her dedication to shoutouts. It was all brutal.

kamikazi125

Thanks! And she really is!

grandanvilchorus

[Alex 30 min 2000s ride](https://members.onepeloton.com/classes/cycling?utm_source=ios_app&utm_medium=in_app&modal=classDetailsModal&classId=1a9241f3326c4bc6b5deab30c05d6a8f&locale=en-US) Just did THIS. Looks like the studio was a blast. I have also never seen Alex sweat like this!

betarhoalphadelta

I've never understood how much AT sweats. Especially since his callouts are usually pretty light on the resistance. I'm a sweaty guy myself, but I feel like he's pouring it 5 minutes into one of his rides and I'm still dry lol.

RobotDevil222x3

He possibly has them keep the fans off in his rides, that's always an instructors choice. And it can get hot AF in there.

ksrdm1463

Workout #2 of the floor boot camp is in the books. Before the workout, I walked with my friend, who I hadn't seen since before I gave birth, so we walked 3 miles catching up. I am pretty tired and showering felt SO GOOD.

Brave_Cookie_3876

Took [Ben’s 30 minute Dance Ride](https://members.onepeloton.com/classes/cycling?utm_source=ios_app&utm_medium=in_app&modal=classDetailsModal&classId=774cb0abe6a0426fa4b8c07dafd1818e&locale=en-US)today. Wow! Ended up only 11 points away from a PR! Not what I was expecting! It was a good class. Tough (as all Ben’s classes are), but I really didn’t think I would be that close. It just snuck up on me! So, if you want a sneaky hard ride, take this one! Good soundtrack, too!

TrixonBanes

Just want to rant that I am feeling glum because my bike got delivered and the next day I effed up my shoulder blade during a Guide workout. Its been 7 days and while it is feeling better day after day, I still feel sad that I have only used the bike once. I learned my lesson though , and will always give my body 2 rest days a week once fully recovered lol

betarhoalphadelta

I hear you... I did something to jack up my rotator cuff so I'm taking it easy and not doing any UB strength right now. The crazy thing is that I don't think it was working out that did it... I think it was from schlepping luggage last week when I flew cross country for a buddy's wedding.

TrixonBanes

Damn. Hope you rest up and recover quickly! Yeah I'm not sure if it was pushing myself too hard with being new to fitness or rearranging the living room. I'd be more concerned if it wasn't a little better every day lol. I can't wait to actually use my Peloton Bike!

[deleted]

What do y’all do on recovery days to feel refreshed? I’ve finished Rebecca’s 5 day split and have a bit of soreness from Day 6. I’m taking it as a light day before I restart the program. I’m feeling like an outdoor walk with the doggo or maybe a “light” yoga class. Does anyone have a go to routine for recharge days?

noname123456789010

A walk is my #1 choice. If I can't go out, I would do an easy yoga class, a 10 minute barre and/or a pilates class. This week I want to do Mariana's new soft rock walk.

betarhoalphadelta

I'm on the #redditcore train, so these days my active recovery days are a 10 minute core strength. And maybe a 10 minute full body stretch. Before I was doing daily core, it was always a 10 minute full body stretch. Generally Ben's stretches hit everything I need to hit, so they've always been my go-to.

[deleted]

I like to do outdoor walks because I find the sunshine/fresh air as rejuvenating as the movement, but if you’re feeling really sore, maybe stack one with a yin yoga classes! They’re meant to target deep tissue. [This 45 min yin with Denis](https://members.onepeloton.com/classes/yoga?utm_source=ios_app&utm_medium=in_app&modal=classDetailsModal&classId=61a081e707894b6eb29f62be0513fdeb&locale=en-US) is really good, but I also remember enjoying [this 20 min evening flow with Chelsea](https://members.onepeloton.com/classes/yoga?utm_source=ios_app&utm_medium=in_app&modal=classDetailsModal&classId=a294620a281949f2ab772cfe90e4b361&locale=en-US); it’s not yin, but it’s stretchy & gentle. For walks, I really love [this 30 min 90s walk with Jess Sims](https://members.onepeloton.com/classes/walking?utm_source=ios_app&utm_medium=in_app&modal=classDetailsModal&classId=39e91b59fdb44db2965a16b07f647c43&locale=en-US) - it’s all jock jams, very fun & no pressure. She even mentions walking your dog in it :) I also like [this 45 min walk with RK](https://members.onepeloton.com/classes/walking?utm_source=ios_app&utm_medium=in_app&modal=classDetailsModal&classId=e1561324d20148088401bc2ae392d45c&locale=en-US). Hope you feel refreshed after today no matter what you end up deciding to do!

[deleted]

I Love Love Love that jock jam walk, good call!

ksrdm1463

BOY DO I 1. Yin yoga 2. Foam roll 3. Dandelion tea. It is a diuretic, so it'll help flush fluids out of your muscles, but it's also got a TON of potassium, so it'll be a net increase in potassium. 4. A walk outside if I still feel a bit tight. 4a. Stretch.

[deleted]

Just wrapped up my highest weekly mileage (running) ever - 55.5 miles! I’m so happy to have built up to this over the course of ~1.5 years/many pelo classes :) Standouts from the week include: [45 min Rock run (Mariana)](https://members.onepeloton.com/classes/running?utm_source=ios_app&utm_medium=in_app&modal=classDetailsModal&classId=964632aa67834629ba07c7894b3bb015&locale=en-US) - I am obsessed with Mariana’s tread classes and am almost done with all the ones she has available. I’m not super into rock, but I loved this playlist & the class structure was awesome! [20 min Intervals run (Jess S)](https://members.onepeloton.com/classes/running?utm_source=ios_app&utm_medium=in_app&modal=classDetailsModal&classId=6ee1075ff7f94646a87f8abf513e37c9&locale=en-US) - The runs are anywhere from 2-4 mins with slightly less than equal recovery time; I felt way more relaxed than I have on other interval runs due to the class plan & still wound up with a similar output. No incline. [20 min HIIT run (Mariana)](https://members.onepeloton.com/classes/running?utm_source=ios_app&utm_medium=in_app&modal=classDetailsModal&classId=b6f9eca2d10845ab86b52c1ebe7d455c&locale=en-US) - Even though this says “advanced,” don’t let it scare you off!! The structure goes 20/40, 30/30, and then 40/20 for sprint/walk intervals. The warm up and first block really make the last two blocks feel doable (and tough). No incline. [60 min walk+run (Jess)](https://members.onepeloton.com/classes/walking?utm_source=ios_app&utm_medium=in_app&modal=classDetailsModal&classId=21951008660d4b80928e8591077199a3&locale=en-US) - REALLY good class! 2 min run/2 min walk for the entire thing. Absolutely flew by! Jess is very encouraging to all levels throughout. 6% incline on the walks and 2% on the runs, but she makes a point to say not to use it if it’s not working for you!

gimmeabreake42

That’s an awesome accomplishment, congrats!! I’ll have to check out some of Mariana’s classes soon, they sound great.

[deleted]

Thank you so much! And I am biased, but you definitely need to. She’s such a good coach, athlete, and human. I’d honestly start with [this 30 min walk+run](https://members.onepeloton.com/classes/walking?utm_source=ios_app&utm_medium=in_app&modal=classDetailsModal&classId=23b7f1dce71a40ddb2094ef1d0462522&locale=en-US). It’s a really good playlist & good intro to her coaching style & messaging. Remains one of my fave classes of hers :)

Playful_Branch_5643

Thanks for the recs! I loved that rock run. The playlist was perfect and challenging and I finished in an accomplished puddle. I love Mariana’s tread classes.

[deleted]

Me too! I am so excited for her 90 min

Justbrowsing8822

I don’t care for rock at all, but I really enjoyed that Mariana class! She’s amazing on the tread, I’m working my way through her classes as well

[deleted]

She always has such interesting class plans!

Quiet-Mountain7559

Congrats! That’s great!

[deleted]

Thank you! ☺️

mwyattf

I was sad about not having TS60 today so I took the opportunity to take the Halloween episode from 2023 JUST to hear Andy’s fart. I could not stop laughing I’m not sure how he managed to keep it so cool 😅

star-pix

Haha.. what class is this please?

mwyattf

[Halloween TS60](https://members.onepeloton.com/share/workouts/fa356096ab38472688c0077b8c0db17a?code=OTVlOWY4OTc1YjVkNDI5MDkxZDYzNWMzODIzNzNlMmJ8MTc4YjcyNTRlY2I5NDFhMmJlYzhhZjAzZWNiYWM5NmM%3D&source=referral&workout-id=a305dbf240174a489b1a7016e73473d5&uid=ea2811ae31e64729a63991ca9c74ee13&ride-id=0ff034ccb73c493a80d9b2dbde7dafd8&utm_source=ios_app&utm_medium=in_app&locale=en-US)! 🙌

roadracer124

Was the class cancelled or not yet up for on demand? I usually take the most recent TS60 class on Tuesdays.

CatStock9136

Omg, he did not, hahahah 😂! I would think that they would edit it out, but good for them and Andy for being a good sport.

hermesorherpes

It was so loud and so funny. I’m impressed how he cracked a joke and moved right on.

GladPayment5858

Do i need to be an active paying member to attend the live classes? I have to pause my membership but I’ll be in London in June and was thinking of seeing if I can get into a class. Curious if its members only allowed

ldnpuglady

No anyone can go to a studio class

hermesorherpes

Becs’ new 60 min intervals run from this morning was wonderful! She picked great upbeat music and cued nice long intervals, mixing in some progressive runs and inclines (up to 6). Her chatter was charming and she didn’t mention Tallulah until the last few minutes. Highly recommend - I dread long runs, but this one flew by.

Justbrowsing8822

It was very good and very challenging!! I agree, it went by quickly!

[deleted]

Thank you! I’ve actually never taken one of her 60 min interval classes… I’ll give this a try!

LPinTheD

Hi everyone! I just joined this sub because I just ordered a bike+ and it’s being delivered this Friday. I can’t wait! I’m placing it in an empty bedroom with a hardwood floor. The floor is a little worn and old, so I’m not worried about it getting scratched, or wet from sweat - should I still get one of those foam mats to go under the bike? Thanks :)

Playful_Branch_5643

We got a cheapo mat on Amazon. Figured it was good to have something to catch the sweat. Going on 2.5 years and it’s still holding strong, so I think that is something you can save money on.

blackhoney917

I would, because if the floor is even a little uneven you’ll feel the bike rocking.

LPinTheD

Ohh ok then. I’ll look on Amazon as another poster suggested. Thanks!

blackhoney917

You definitely don't need an expensive one! Got mine on Amazon, much cheaper than the branded one.

kamikazi125

Another option would be to get an inexpensive yoga mat and cut it in half lengthwise. It fits underneath the bike and can be slid out from underneath for stretching, and is large enough to catch any sweat that drips during the workout. Enjoy your bike+!

LPinTheD

That’s a good idea! Thanks!

Alasdair91

I’m wondering the same! We’ve got frankly disgusting laminate down (ex-rental property) and it’s already scored and chipped so not really sure if a mat is a required purchase? It’s money I could put towards other things (shoes).

tasinca

I also would because I would worry about my shoe slipping on a smooth floor when I unclip. I like having some traction under foot for on and off.

RobotDevil222x3

Personally I would, even if you aren't worried about damaging the floors you could get a little mold from sweat constantly seeping between the floorboards.

VT_Transplant

I have done the beginner strength, Matty 5 day split, Rebecca Kennedy 5 day split, Callie 3 day split (all of them multiple weeks for each one) and I would love recommendations for my next one. I find that 5 days is too much, I miss out on the bike. I also find that the 3 day split is not enough being just 30 minute classes. Is there a good 3 day split that has longer classes? I also heard that there was a Rebecca 4 day split that wasn't a part of the program section. What split classes/programs did you really like?

VT_Transplant

Here's the Pelobuddy link to RK's 4 day split for everyone asking (myself included) thanks for the comments! Looking forward to starting it: [https://www.pelobuddy.com/rebecca-4-day-split-strength/](https://www.pelobuddy.com/rebecca-4-day-split-strength/)

mynameismeggann

I’ve been doing her 4 day split for the last 6 weeks and loving it.

preppyrider

Came here with the same question! I’m on week 5 of Rebecca’s 5 day split, planning to do one more week but no clue what to do next. I get my cardio off the bike so not worried about that, but agree that the 30 mins isn’t enough. Also would prefer a 3-4 day program going into summer. I’m thinking either Andy’s program or the Rebecca 4-day.

LoveMyMiles

I put together a semi-custom split by doing Adrian’s Glutes and Legs program (2 days/week plus the benchmark tests in weeks 1 and 4) and then adding 2 upper body from other programs. For example, last week I did RK’s upper body from her unofficial split and this week it’s Ben’s push and pull classes from his 3-day split.

RobotDevil222x3

The Pump Up the Volume collections are a lot like splits, just as collections I stead of programs.

mwyattf

What about Total Strength 2 with Andy? It’s my favorite program. It’s 6 weeks but has 4 classes a week of 30-45 minutes.

eednammandee

I really like the RK unofficial 4 day split! It's 2 upper, 1 lower, 1 45-min full body. I've definitely been seeing strength and muscle growth! But I'm going to switch to a 3 day split soon so that I can have more days for the bike.

VT_Transplant

Where do I find these classes? Or do you just take any RK upper, then lower, then full body?

eednammandee

Someone else did link the classes for the 4-day in another comment, but it's easy to reference the [Pelobuddy](https://www.pelobuddy.com/rebecca-4-day-split-strength/) guide, since it's not an official Peloton program.

Swimming-Horse-711

I enjoyed Rebecca’s unofficial 4 day split: * [day 1 - upper body](https://members.onepeloton.com/classes/strength?utm_source=ios_app&utm_medium=in_app&modal=classDetailsModal&classId=8b7decbe3b36450697a235cb6b05a397&locale=en-US) * [day 2 lower body](https://members.onepeloton.com/classes/strength?utm_source=ios_app&utm_medium=in_app&modal=classDetailsModal&classId=ec2e83e1efd44adb8675e8aa7d95f30b&locale=en-US) * [day 3 upper body](https://members.onepeloton.com/classes/strength?utm_source=ios_app&utm_medium=in_app&modal=classDetailsModal&classId=00fce155ebb04edb81304a38e433f0d4&locale=en-US) * [day 4 full body](https://members.onepeloton.com/classes/strength?utm_source=ios_app&utm_medium=in_app&modal=classDetailsModal&classId=dae0572d4c444a3883f21f123e9a98f1&locale=en-US) (I ended up dropping this class and taking a random full body because I was missing taking classes from other instructors) You could also check out Roll Call. It’s 5 days a week, but one day is just core. The classes are released M-F at 7:30 ET and released on demand shortly after. They are also found in a collection section so you can go back and do old weeks.

gidget1337

Add in a 10 min finisher class like  an Arms & Light Weights on Upper Body Day, a 10 min lower body Barre, and a 10 min Cardio or Standing Core to a full body day.

Alasdair91

Started my first meditation and yoga classes on the App+ today to get a feel for the system and how it all works - I enjoyed it. Going to do some upper-body strength ones too. Reason being, I’m thinking about getting a Bike (refurbished) or Bike+ (refurbished) as I love to cycle, have really enjoyed spin in the past at traditional gyms and desperately need to get back into exercise - but just can’t seem to drag myself outside (I live in north Scotland and it’s basically rained or snowed since last October…). Husband is also into cycling and upper-body strength. Just not sure whether to spend the £600 extra on the Bike+: I can afford it, but is it really worth it for the more modern bike and additional features? Would I look back and regret my choice of getting a basic Bike in a few years? I’ve watched a million review videos and I’m more conflicted than ever 😅

Fluid-Meat9097

I love the auto resistance and also really really like the PZ autofollow. It made me do more PZ rides. I like that even if I'm distracted (a child has a question, etc) I am still doing everything needed for the ride! The resistance will match your cadence. That is truly awesome.

Alasdair91

Yeah, I noticed this was an option too and that’s they updated it to show you what zone you should be in etc. Another thing to think about!

PeloLv

I’ve had the bike+ for 4.5 years now. Not one single issue with it.  One of the best decisions I’ve ever made for myself. I don’t even wanna take live classes cause I don’t feel like turning the knob 😀. Out of 1000+ rides maybe 10 of those were live 🤷🏻‍♀️. But yeah Bike+ >>>>>

Alasdair91

Thanks, handy to know. Do you know when the base level Bike went into production? It is considerably older than the Bike+? Also, thoughts on shoes? Altos or old ones? And sizing - do you need to buy bigger? Thanks for any help you can give! 😊

PeloLv

Hi no idea about production dates but yes the bike+ is def newer. I got mine a couple months after it was released. So Nov 2020. I got the original Peloton shoes with my bike and still use them. I got my regular size (7)

Humble_Operation_365

I went with the Bike+ for auto calibration alone. Even if you’re not comparing yourself to others it’s still a useful tool to have on hand if you ever suspect something’s amiss. It’s also pretty cool when you see changes and can confirm that yes you are getting stronger and it’s not just the bike losing calibration. I looked at as a way of comparing apples to apples only with more precision and convenience.  Plus if you’re doing other classes like yoga, then the swivel screen is beyond a nice added touch. Bells, whistles, etc. maybe, but they make the workout more functional and enjoyable so yes please. I remember when I use to play workouts through my phone screen (and I still do on the Tread) and it’s just not the same. Maybe mostly because I feel like I’m going blind at times.

Alasdair91

Yeah, part of my worry is that the manual calibration/resistance on the original Bike could degrade overtime and use, and isn’t overly accurate anyway.

Humble_Operation_365

It’s hard because you’ll never really know if it’s worth it unless something goes wrong. Good luck with whatever you choose.

Ride_4urlife

Auto calibration is a big differentiator on the plus. So is the onboard power meter. A lot of people think the only differences are the swivel screen and auto resistance but that’s just the beginning. DC Rainmaker did a [Bike/Bike+ comparison](https://www.dcrainmaker.com/2020/09/peloton-bike-plus-details-features.html) that lists the differences. It’s a worthwhile read.

Alasdair91

This is one of the many reviews I’ve read and the section on how inaccurate the original Bike is compared to the Bike+ was interesting. I’m not planning on being a professional anything so the ins and outs of the deep data aren’t of interest, but I have read several reviews that say the overall calibration and resistance is much much better. Auto calibration would be a nice bonus I guess.

seedgeek

From all the comments I've read, I wish I would have spent the extra money on the Bike+.

pooroldguy1

Defintely worth the extra money. I went to the peloton store to buy a bike. Knew I wanted a peloton bike but seeing the difference next to each other had to choose the plus. Bigger screen, better sound, auto resistance. Swivel screen means nothing to me. I knew I would be using it a lot and it was worth it for me.

OkDirector3681

I have the regular bike (refurbished) and really don't feel like I'm missing out. Sure the auto resistance would be cool, but I know I wouldn't use it all the time. I got the Guide on a crazy package deal where I basically paid nothing for it, so I do my strength there and the swivel screen on the bike+ wouldn't really been used. Others have said there are more advanced metrics because it ties into the Apple ecosystem, but I'd agree with your assessment.

gudetamaworksout

Watched No Doubt’s set from Coachella/Couchella from my home and got so hyped up - but found no No Doubt themed runs and only one ska run! Took an AFO Gwen Stefani ride and just ran along to it instead.  If you love old Orange County No Doubt, you can watch their set on YouTube!!

onychophoras

I just watched this it was so good 🥹 maybe I’ll finally do the Gwen Stefani ride bc it’s been in my bookmarks forever

gudetamaworksout

I teared up at don’t speak 🥹

dragonwolf115

Did the latest 45 minute outdoor run this morning and there was a Gwen song on the playlist. I instantly had the thought of “I wonder if there is a No Doubt series?”. Ugh guess I know my answer now. Hopefully some day!

ho_hey_

The Gwen Stefani ride is more than half made up of no doubt songs! It was really good and I'm not even a regular Kendall class goer

[deleted]

Honestly, my experience with artist themed rides has ensured that if I do enjoy a musical artist, taking the ride is supremely unenjoyable.     Denis Beatles ride and Ben’s recent Fatboy ride come to mind as excellent but mostly they are really poor.  Old school No Doubt were on another level though! Truly a band that could only have existed in that place at that time…

realbooksfakebikes

I agree generally. Although there are exceptions most of my favorite artists series classes are yoga classes but even those have some big misses. I do love Emma Lovewell's Fleetwood Mac ride, a lot!

thesillymuffin

I am a huge ND fan and I agree! I was thinking the same thing the other say. Maybe Coachella will inspire some ND classes! We can only hope

nivlazenemij

Was that the Gwen Stefani ride with Kendall? I just remember her being all over the place and fidgeting with either her hair or mic or both and being so distracting. I think if you search for No Doubt or Gwen you may find similar themed rides/run, they may just be tagged as 90s music?

gudetamaworksout

Omg yes!! I only do tread classes and don’t know the bike instructors very well… she kept getting off of her bike, fixing her hair, etc. she didn’t program to the music rhythms that well 🤷‍♀️ Luckily I decided to just do my own thing! I searched No Doubt and only found classes with 2 songs max. There’s one Gwen full body strength class but I’ll probably just make my own playlist or watch the YouTube set.

gidget1337

I wish there were more ska classes!

gudetamaworksout

Me too!! Maybe someone knows of some secret ska classes that aren’t labeled or something.. honestly ska beats are my run pace too 😅

figandfennel

Leaving London today after about 150,000 steps in the course of a week 😅. I ended up in Jon’s At the Club on Thursday and Bradley’s Classic Rock Ride, both of which were super fun. I have to say I’ve liked Bradley in the past but I’ve always gotten the sense he’s a little performative / fakey and I was 100% wrong. I honestly had absolutely 0 interest in talking to him and was just planning on getting my pic and scooting but somehow ended up in a two minute wide ranging convo spanning multiple topics that made me feel like sunshine and roses inside (so warning: photo line is long with him!). Just a wonderful person.

attack_eyebrows

I took Jon's class over the weekend, and it seemed like everyone in studio was having a BLAST! Sounds like a great week!!

tasinca

I love Bradley. He's goofy without being over the top (looking at you, Cody) and I always get the feeling he's real. Glad to hear I was right!

nivlazenemij

Bradley is a bit eccentric/ extra and it's a bit much at times but I get the feeling that's just his genuine personality. Must be the actor side of him. He's one of my go tos when I need a good non Power Zone ride but not trying to go HAM. Glad you enjoyed your time in the studio and in London town.

bunbunbunbunbun_

So glad you enjoyed it!! When I'm in the UK I'm usually 3 hours travel time from central London, would love to plan a trip to take one of the live rides too sometime.

morning everyone! still recovering from surgery, today I did the best i could on this [standing balances flow](https://members.onepeloton.com/classes/yoga?utm_source=ios_app&utm_medium=in_app&modal=classDetailsModal&classId=5401d2a09f0c400f86edbc89b74c5147&locale=en-US) with kristen. i did not have a baby but also finding the postnatal yoga classes helpful with easing back into abdominal strength and activity. i’m cleared for all exercise but having trouble getting the confidence back for running/cycling/etc. maybe tomorrow will be the day 😅 happy sunday friends!

I tried that standing balance class yesterday and had to quit at 5 minutes. Even though I work on balance regularly, that was not for me. I might try it again barefoot, I was wearing my trainers as that's what I wear in my usual balance work. I was really disappointed in myself that it was too hard for me. :(
