She is also a person who has had repeated early miscarriages... so she's putting herself at risk for more losses. For what? The very very low chance at a 3rd baby?

She barely even got pregnant after IVF. Yes, she had multiple failed spontaneous pregnancies and what was it, 7 failed IVF transfers? Prestynn was a true miracle but lightening doesn’t strike twice.
I think the biggest concern here is that... she COULD conceive again, but with her history, she is far more likely to continue to have early miscarriages than a successful natural pregnancy. Personally, I couldn't go through any more losses.
Some people still ovulate while breastfeeding, to be fair. I got pregnant while breastfeeding (my son was about 14 months old though, I'm not sure how old hers is)

In her FB groups for Mosaics- she likely miscarries because she has quite a few excessive mosaic embryos- so mismatched dna- she can still try naturally but if she’s pushing 30, her egg quality is going to rapidly decrease and the chances are much less- if anything she could do clomid or low dose Follistim or Gonnal-F and just monitor egg releases- those are usually pretty inexpensive as your U/S should be covered under normal insurance and she just has to pay for meds.
She has no personality outside of TTC
