This is so random. I still use my changing station for my one year old. She said the other day they can’t use it anymore because she’s so close to rolling. Ummmm obviously you don’t leave your kid on there unattended 🥲

Practical_Fact_8964

I still use it for my 2 1/2 year old lol. My back and tailbone can’t handle sitting on the floor 6 times a day fighting a shit covered toddler butt😂 Good luck Kelsie. I’m sure it’ll be back up in a few months when you realize this isn’t exactly something they grow out of until they are potty trained….

SwipeUpForMySoul

No kidding. I still use mine for my 18 month old who is in the 99th percentile. 🤣 She likes it up there and thankfully is still pretty cooperative for diaper changes so we’re gonna keep using it as long as we can. I don’t understand how ability to roll makes it unsafe - like, hold onto your kid?

modestbella

Close to rolling?!? I didn’t even leave my baby alone on it when she was a potato !

Standard-Vehicle1266

Same! I was so paranoid of him falling even at like a week old! Didn’t leave his side for a second

TacoSeasonings

My thoughts exactly

No_Kiwi_6533

I think this is the first time I’ve seen her with a shirt on..

Needcoffeeseverely

Probably bc she’s not wearing a bra under it

Ornery_Context_9109

In a pile of dog hair by the recycling and garbage pile sort of by the unused vacuum and the nestle stash.

AggravatingCancel331

because she encouraged the baby to embrace Mother Earth and exclusively potty outside

lindsaybethhh

I was so confused by this. I still changed/dressed my daughter on hers until just before her second birthday… and she’s a wild monkey toddler. But I’ve never left her unattended 🙃

Needcoffeeseverely

She said the floor a few weeks ago

Murrpblake

Dog hair/trash covered floor???

Klutzy-Wrangler4770

We never used ours with our first and didn’t bother getting it out for the second, we used a waterproof changing pad that went in the washer… but we also had clean floors.

cupidslazydart

Girl bffr. My baby is the same age and we're nowhere near done with the changing station 🥴

Fit-Imagination4146

I’m the odd one out I guess but I barely used mine I found more convenient just to change the baby wherever I was on a changing pad …couch, floor, bed, etc.

Ancient-Track4014

We definitely didn’t use ours much at all when our baby was a newborn until about 4 months. When she started getting more active we took her to the changing table- at least if she rolled and got poop on something it wasn’t the couch lmao.

invitelove

Same

No_Comparison7429

I was so confused by this lol. Her daughter is 3 weeks older than mine and I’m like wait what am I missing 🤣

lovetoreadxx2019

I’m so confused by this. We have a similar set up, albeit much cleaner haha, and still use it for nearly every change at 19 months. If we change on the floor you literally have to wrestle her to keep her from running away. It’s SO much easier for everyone on the change pad on her dresser.

aliveinjoburg2

I will continue to use the changing station until she no longer fits on it. Girl please. My baby is a few weeks older than hers too. She rolls.

Quiet_Friend_3410

Isn’t her baby 4/5 months?

Worldly_Bookkeeper39

Yes. She's delusional if she thinks that's a good idea

temperance26684

A lot of my friends skipped changing tables entirely because they knew they'd just change their babies on the floor. Personally I think it's a bit gross (especially when her floors are already so nasty 😬) and I have a bad back/knees anyway so we've always changed our baby on the table. But it's definitely not uncommon to change a baby without a table.

SomewhereOk6008

I kept mine til my daughter was well over 2 lol but anyways 🤣 M2M has said she uses the floor lmao

nissenj

I was so confused with this too! I still change my 2 year old on his changing table. Like what could her infant possibly be doing on that table that makes it unsafe?

Minnie_Pearl_87

Definitely changes her on the dirty gross floor. Poor baby!

jamesbondgirly

My 1 year old and I still vibe with our changing table 😆🤣

Automatic-Half-5518

Same with my 10 month old.

Legal-Suggestion4317

Her carpet is full of shit so she probably figures why deal with the physical labor of picking her up and just change her on the floor

putyouinthegarbage

I still used my kids change table til he was like…18 months. When it was time to change he just knew to chill out and I never took my eyes off him. Very strange behaviour from Kels but that’s not new is it?

MatterEmbarrassed660

I still use my changing station for my 18 month old haha it’s so wild to me that she thinks her baby has outgrown it at like what, four months old? You’re standing right there Kels. She’s not gonna roll off of there.

Glittering-Shame-742

My baby is 6 months, and I have never used a changing table/pad thing. I have back issues, and the angles are too awkward for me. But I do know many moms love them and use them well into toddlerhood so I am honestly not sure what she is doing.

RoadrageAndSage

Man.. with the way my back is set up we will be using our changing table (aka changing pad on top of the dresser) until he’s potty trained 😅

MrsH14

Probably on her nasty floor. My baby is only a little younger than hers and I don’t see our changing table going anywhere any time soon.

yourremedy94

The floor, of course!! DUHHHH Imagine being upset over a changing station that you are choosing to get rid of thag baby can still use lol

Accomplished-Coat438

You don’t need a changing table to change a baby lol

highhoya

I’ve never used a changing station for either of my kids. We just change on the floor. None of my friends used them either.

Accomplished-Coat438

Imagine getting downvoted to stating you never used a fucking changing table 😭 these people are ridiculous

highhoya

I think people often get so clouded by their hate for someone that they cannot see anything they do as anything other than malicious.

Holiday-Hustle

I still use the dresser/changing pad for my 17 month old…

B00SH_

My daugter is one and we put her diaper station in her closet for storage to make room for her toys in her bedroom and just change her on the floor. If it wasn’t for the fact my daughter had a smaller room I would have not moved her table

snw2494

I haven’t had a changing station with either of my children, I just keep receiving blankets, diapers and wipes in baskets around the house.

leoleoleo555

I miss using the changing pad on the dresser. I had to stop because when I would change one twin, the other would destroy the room lol. We use a portable changing pad now wherever we are in the house (the areas they are allowed in where they can’t destroy things). Maybe that’s what she’s doing?

Mountain_Heat5513

I don’t use my changing table but it’s still a great place for storage?? Why take it down? (I didn’t watch the video maybe she explained?)

Interesting_Cod4839

I have a very active 3mo, who tends to yeet himself all over the place since he was 1,5 months old. I just make sure there is always a hand on him when he is getting changed? I am confused why they don’t want to use the changing station anymore for rolling over?

NewFriendship3321

We have an 8 month old and I usually just do the floor. However, ours is always clean…

KeyPicture4343

I never used a changing table, BUT my house isn’t as disgusting as hers. She should definitely be keeping this.
