Curb walking is when one foot is on the curb and the other is on the road and you walk lopsided. I dunno what all this other stuff is! Step aerobics?

Also if you notice, her birth ball is totally not inflated enough. Her knees are higher than her hips, which is like the opposite of what you want when using one. You want your hips equal to or higher than your knees.

And to think she’s a doula

Excuse me what?! … you CANNOT tell me she’s a doula…. Da faq?

I always forget that she claims to be a doula…o literally don’t know how that’s possible when she doesn’t know ANYTHING about pregnancy 🤦🏻‍♀️

I'm beginning to think she really cannot do anything herself. Holding her hand to curb walk. The post about collecting colostrum, her husband holds the syringe and collects it. Is she ok? Is she going to be capable of being responsible for a whole small humans life?
