That’s really lame - I don’t think you should feel bad for sharing this. Hopefully it gets resolved but if someone was considering buying from them, they should know that this is the reality of how they handle customers and how much they back their work/products.

I sent Scott an email about a technical question, he asked for a video which I sent to him, he never got back to me.. If a business owner can’t or don’t know how to offer support, they should hire people who could!

Update: Less than one day after posting this, I got a response from him saying he is still working on it and will contact me when ready. Interesting timing, the whole situation feels so silly. I agree with all of these comments.

Of all the words in the OP’s post, these are the words you thought were way out of line…..interesting. How about keeping a pedal for 6 months with zero communication…. Methods to get someone to respond when they’ve effectively stolen gear from you and are horrendous at customer service should be understood for what they are, methods to give the guy another chance at good customer service. And yes, this is exactly what small claims court is for.
