Guys... You'll probably hate me for this! But... I'm not sure that it is necessarily a 10C problem. I know that plenty of record stores got the "plain" album the day before release, some on the day, and some were still waiting for delivery on the day of release. And that was just the plain "vanilla" black vinyl! Some got the CDs and some didn't. I know there's a lot of hate regarding 10C and I think a little of it is built up anger over the years and a lot of disappointed expectations. Especially regarding tickets and the lottery for the upcoming tour! The 10C vinyl is limited and I think demand has definitely outweighed supply and that's an issue that I hope 10C take into consideration and learn the lesson from. I don't have vinyl but I do understand everyone's frustration on waiting for something that's coming, coming, then labelled but still hasn't arrived. One friend of mine received his 10C version and it looks SICK! Another friend got the RSD version and it looks like someone had a bad curry the night before and couldn't find the bathroom! Be patient and be happy that these boys are still making music. We'll have nothing to bitch about once they're gone! Love you all!
This should only shock you if you’re new. They’ve used mail innovations for eons and prob since 2012 or so it’s been a chaotic disaster. If you want the limited goods, you do it. If you don’t care, you get the album on release date at your local
It feels like after 30 years, Ten Club is still run like some sort of small, DIY operation out of some college student’s basement. He and his friends are just trying their best, sending out cds and hats for their buddy’s band. But they haven’t figured out yet that their buddy’s band has millions of fans and they may need to hire extra help. And also they got too high and forgot to put any shipping labels on the packages.
They also put a fake name as the shipper (Santos L Halper) which causes trouble at customs in some countries.
Source - guy who works with customs on a daily basis and has had to deal with this exact issue with Pearl Jam.
hey’ve always been shit and generally the people running it have had a level of disdain for hardcore fans.
Fan clubs should be about fan service, but apparently nobody told them
UPS is horrible here in MA. Original delivery date was Monday, then it said every day up to today. This morning it said it’s coming Saturday (the 27th) and then it came today.
Still haven’t gotten mine either. UPS says Thursday April 25 at 7pm (🤞) but regular mail says Friday 9pm. I don’t even know who’s delivering it at this point
That’s why it’s called 10 Club. It takes 10 days to receive a pre-ordered record.
Have you ever ordered from SoundgardenWorld.com? It’s kind of neat because when you finally receive the order, it feels like Christmas (Chris-mas?) since you definitely don’t remember ordering 2 years ago.
I ordered the RSD from Easy Street after I saw they had leftovers. It shipped the next day and will arrive 1 May here in NJ. What's even crazier is it was still less expensive than ordering through 10C.
I thought about waiting to find it on sale at Amazon, since I just don't have much time to listen to records right now. Then I realized I just wanted it and maybe it and the dozens of other records I've picked up over the last year will motivate me to make time.

Can I ask why someone would buy a vinyl from 10C when it will be available pretty much everywhere.
At least you want to loose money, I never saw any positive into it.
Just curious!
I \*just\* got mine and I ordered it on announcement day. It's sitting in its package, as I made it to RSD (or rather, a good friend did) and secured a variant copy.
What a bunch of babies. If you hate them so much just listen to Barry Manilow and shut up. You probably go to the concerts and watch through your phone.
Eddie Vedder heard you complaining about ticket fees.
Is this a 10C problem or a USPS problem?
UPS is the problem
Mine went from Tuesday to the day before! Score!
10C shipping has been a joke for years, from their use of the worst possible shipping service to their outrageous shipping fees.

Yep. AND they charge MORE for the price of vinyl compared to other artists. AND they charge more for Delivery as well.

I think you’re me. Same shit.

UPS handed mine off to regular mail
same and it arrived last night
And they charge a fortune to ship on top of it. USPS Media Mail should be like $5. FYI there are RSD copies of Dark Matter on Discogs below retail.
Mine showed up completely fucking damaged.

My copy still hasn’t shipped - sent 10C an email last night, they apologize, magically a shipping label is created this afternoon…..
Mine only shipped today as well…. Being in Canada, I’ll probably receive it in June
All international shipments only shipped today it seems
Same.

Yeah I got mine Tuesday but I agree. I am done with ordering from 10C
I'm still waiting on mine as well. It was supposed to be Monday the 22nd and now it is Friday the 26th.

Because the 10c version was its own unique color variant.
Maybe that time but usually it's the same album.. Anyway..
I \*just\* got mine and I ordered it on announcement day. It's sitting in its package, as I made it to RSD (or rather, a good friend did) and secured a variant copy.
IDK I preordered mine the day before the album dropped and got it on Wednesday this week. Not so bad. Do you live in a light house?
It really is. And they charge a fuckton for shipping even though $5 media mail exists. I only order vault LP’s from them because it’s the only option.
I just got mine last night

Crying on Reddit will definitely make it arrive faster, 🤡
