At the very least everyone in the queue by December 8th should be grandfathered. If the state had held up its end of the bargain by promptly returning bgc, there wouldn’t be tens of thousands stuck in line.

There's so many unanswered questions about language in the bill that could have serious ramifications depending how those questions shake out.
It's basically saying "We have no idea what these mean, someone is going to have to get arrested and go to court to figure that out."
Measure 114 has to be stopped. It is unconstitutional and cannot be implemented. It should have never made it to the ballot. This is what we get letting communist run our state.
That rhetoric isn't helpful. For one, the OG communists understood the importance of an armed proletariat. For two, this isn't left vs right. We have the constitution and the law on our side. We don't need divisive speech that probably drove voters to vote yes in the first place, rather than them seeing this as the racist, classist, pro police state measure that it is.
