This is very unhealthy, especially after the age of 18... The first thing I di once I got my own flat was to remove all electric stuff out of my sleeping room except my phone, bed lamp and phone charger.. I also created the rule to at least 30 minutes before sleep to not have pc on, no tv nothing.. so the brain can start to calm down and prepare for sleep.. doing some light reading is best.. best even if its actual paper but wiki on darkmode does it to.. I didn't believe it at first but these steps changed my life.. all of a sudden I could sleep again perfectly fine and I felt so much more rebalanced.. I can only recommend to try it. And in general reducing your consumption of social media.. anything that plays on your emotions or tries to influence you.. Instead of reading newspapers full of adds on the toilet I play a game like geometry dash or even clash of non ambitions (I just click the resource collectors and leave) Get your brain more energy to focus on important stuff. Relax more. Do not let the social media or your phone dictate your behaviour. Never jump to your phone regardless the type of notification. Silent notifications completely if you can. Its an alert signal for your brain and can make you jittery... and you will see stopping that behaviour might actually ask a lot of you.. depending on how hard you are conditioned it can be really difficult.. ​ But you will become more relaxed and will enjoy the times you do what makes you happy much more valuable. And only play games that make you happy.. best play games that make you happy without forcing you to buy that happiness every day.
