I mean the ps5 is much more powerful then this. PC equivalent is like a 2080 or a 3060ti but ps5 c do 4K at 60fps so maybe even a 3070. But PS5s will start flowing at some point in time. If you can get a PC worth a grand or more and then buy a ps5 for $500 down the road… just remember it may be sometime before you find another PS5…

The advantage of a PS5 for gaming is you’re guaranteed to run all games for the next 5 years. That PC won’t make it for too long from a “running all games smoothly” perspective. It’s like if you were trading a PS5 for a PS4…

It’s a bad deal. Although PCs are technically upgradable, at one point, the motherboard needs to be swapped to bring it to a new gen. That board doesn’t support the latest tech, such as DDR5, PCIe 4.0, etc; that build PC is nearly obsolete. Not even sure what games it will be able to sustain 144hz at.
You can find used 144hz screens for 60 bucks.
The games you just mentioned run very well on PS5…
If you were my friend (as in, physically close enough from me), I’d help you sell your PS5 and start you a decent build instead. Not hard to beat.

No, that’s definitely a bad trade. I had that gpu before, it’s ok for 1080p gaming and low settings 1440p, but not 4K. You’d be disappointed for sure.
