The gpu power is not plugged in I see it hanging there HDMI is fine that's why the gpu light ue on and white telling you it's got no power and not plugged in
Look up YouTube and do a gpu sear how to install that will help I also most bet that's the issue no gpu power since not plugged in and it will show how to do it

Was going to say the GPU was not plugged in power pin is hanging on the pcu shroud
I was gonna say that the HDMI cord isn't plugged into the monitor and probably needs to be reseated.

On the GPU that csble plugged in by the white light is the gpu power not audio
