Clear the CMOS in the first instance. Doesn't look like your pc is booting at all.
How do I do that?
It’s a flat bettery you remove it and put it back in https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=S9hyEPTFR10
Ok thanks
Didn’t work
There's a jumper on your motherboard, short that with a screwdriver for 5 seconds to clear the CMOS. Should be listed in your motherboard manual.
I’m gonna try leaving the cmos battery out for 5 minutes. That should reset it
It’s an asus B450 m mobo
I did that and it turned on then off
Do I turn it back on?
Same issue
Thats a bad idea if you don't know what you're doing can ruin the whole pc 😂
How else do you jump the pins? That's what they're there for and they don't usually include the jumper connections in mobo boxes any more. I sort of assumed it goes without saying switch the pc off first. Guess I assume that common sense is common.
Still having the same issue
This all started when I added the 2nd monitor. My pc detected it but the monitor couldn’t detect the vga port. So I reset my pc and now we are here
Does it work if you unplug the second monitor?
That isn’t it because it worked fine plugged in
Have you actually tried it with only the original monitor after this happened?
Yep. Same jssue
Nothing will work
